“I have used the services of EFlorist twice in the past few months to send floral “tributes” to aged relatives. On both occasions there has been an excellent choice at competitive prices with options for free chocs and discounts. Delivery was easily and promptly arranged.”

“I ordered a bouquet for 28th October. They had to be returned. I ordered another bouquet for 10th November, they were late delivering .it was a works address and they were going to be delivered on Saturday 11th November. They failed to arrive until we went home so they finally arrived on Monday 13th November. Flowers were dead the vase was a cheap plastic one that I have seen better on a county fair or at the local tip. The chocolate box although was free only had 3 in the box. Very disappointed.”

“After a terrible first experience. I decide to give Eflorist another try after getting one of their offer in my email. Service was better this time. Flower is great except that I only got the information that it comes in buds after ordering (not before), hence the 1 start deducted. Beside that everything was fine. Flower is still going well 8days later. Maybe . Just maybe you guys have redeemed yourself”

“The bouquet was beautiful, and the chocolates well appreciated. Unfortunately, I had paid extra to have the flowers delivered on a special day. That day meant a lot to us both. But, of course, Murphy’s Law struck, the flowers were delivered three days late; and only after many emails being sent back and forth. The service department was great, any very helpful. But, it would have been nice to have the flowers on time. I’ve sent many flowers through Eflorist, and will continue to do so, as anyone can make a mistake. So, better luck next time. Keep up the good work.”

“I ordered from Eflorist for my mother in laws birthday after being let down and flowers not being delivered until a week later by another company. Eflorist were fantastic, delivered the next day and flowers were beautiful and cheaper than the original ones I ordered. Eflorist put a huge smile on my mother in laws face. Thank you 😀”
