“Bouquet was disappointing (had clearly been thrown around in transport) - box was damaged and chocolates were missing. Contacted customer services and still waiting to hear back (it’s been a week). Price was okay. Delivery was at gone 8pm in the dark and left on doorstep (despite the order staying that the 76 year old recipient would benefit from a morning or daytime delivery).”

“I received emails about an order that was nothing to do with me. I advised eFlorist immediately that they had the wrong email address and asked them to remove my address from their records. They acknowledged the mistake, but continued to send emails about the delivery, requests for reviews, and general marketing. I have now blocked them, and would not recommend them as their approach to customer privacy appears sloppy.”

“I ordered a bouquet for my daughter who was delighted. Flowers are still beautiful, even after a week. Great value for money. Grandchildren loved the free chocolates! My daughter sent me a bouquet from yourselves too, they are still gorgeous and have outlasted the two other bouquets I received from a local florist. Definitely value for money and stunning arrangements.”

“I have used this company twice this year. The service is amazing! The Flowers together with a small complimentary box of chocolates were delivered within 24 hours. You are able to track your delivery and are notified when they have been delivered. The flowers were beautiful. I will definitely use E-florist again 😀.”

“T his is the second time of explaining why I have left a bad review. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my friend, then had an email to say the parcel was damaged and not delivered. I tried to get in contact with you but no joy. Order number is I I have explained my reasons for the review before.I ordered flowers for my friend. then had an email to say they would not be delivered due to the flowers being damaged. I tried to get in touch with you but could not. The order number is ID WA12437513. I would like my money to be refunded please, thank you. Mrs S Ford”

“Beautiful flowers that arrived as promised . Delivery driver was very friendly. I ordered a bouquet for my mother in law on what would have been her diamond wedding anniversary, she lost her husband earlier this year. The flowers brought her some happiness on what was a day tinged with sadness. Thank you for the excellent service.”
