“I received emails about an order that was nothing to do with me. I advised eFlorist immediately that they had the wrong email address and asked them to remove my address from their records. They acknowledged the mistake, but continued to send emails about the delivery, requests for reviews, and general marketing. I have now blocked them, and would not recommend them as their approach to customer privacy appears sloppy.”

“I ordered a bouquet for my daughter who was delighted. Flowers are still beautiful, even after a week. Great value for money. Grandchildren loved the free chocolates! My daughter sent me a bouquet from yourselves too, they are still gorgeous and have outlasted the two other bouquets I received from a local florist. Definitely value for money and stunning arrangements.”

“I have used this company twice this year. The service is amazing! The Flowers together with a small complimentary box of chocolates were delivered within 24 hours. You are able to track your delivery and are notified when they have been delivered. The flowers were beautiful. I will definitely use E-florist again 😀.”

“T his is the second time of explaining why I have left a bad review. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my friend, then had an email to say the parcel was damaged and not delivered. I tried to get in contact with you but no joy. Order number is I I have explained my reasons for the review before.I ordered flowers for my friend. then had an email to say they would not be delivered due to the flowers being damaged. I tried to get in touch with you but could not. The order number is ID WA12437513. I would like my money to be refunded please, thank you. Mrs S Ford”

“Beautiful flowers that arrived as promised . Delivery driver was very friendly. I ordered a bouquet for my mother in law on what would have been her diamond wedding anniversary, she lost her husband earlier this year. The flowers brought her some happiness on what was a day tinged with sadness. Thank you for the excellent service.”

“There was absolutely no problem ordering the bouquet of flowers, they were received on exactly the right day to the other side of the country, I received confirmation that they had been delivered and were lovely from my cousin who was 90yrs old that day thank you very much 😊”

“I had an email confirming ordered flowers had been delivered along with a Google map screenshot showing they had been left at an unidentifiable house number across the road from the actual delivery address. Having contacted the recipient to advise of this, she checked her doorbell camera first to see if she could see which house the delivery guy had left the flowers at. The camera showed that he hadn't even attempted to ring her doorbell (she was in all day) and it showed him leaving the flowers on the ground in front of her car. By this time, they had been battered by the torrential rain and where in a very poor state. Had I known they were being delivered by Amazon this time, I wouldn't have placed my order as I know they are rubbish for just leaving stuff in the open I had an email from Amazon later saying they will be delivering all parcels I order from whoever. No chance! I have placed a number of flower orders with Eflorist and the last couple of bouquets have been a bit lacking. This is the last time. In future I shall give my business to local florists who do their of own deliveries. Ok, may be a bit dearer but far more likely to get quality. Also, I paid for a medium sized bouquet but got a small one. Can no longer recommend Eflorist.”
