“Delivery was as timed, I had gone for the middle sized bouquet, the recipient thought the flowers were beautiful and commented on what a big bunch of flowers!”

“After reading the reviews I ordered a bouquet for both myself and sister in rembrance of our mum. I'm glad I didnt order a small size, the bouquets are on the small side. The roses wilted within a day so not really impressed.”

“My last order was never delivered. I had a notification from Amazon that they had not been able to deliver it. I did send you an email before but have never had a reply. I shall expect to be reimbursed at a later date. I was very disappointed as they were birthday flowers as well as get well wishes. I look forward to hearing from you asap. My previous order with you was great thank you.”

“The flowers were to be delivered on Sept.12th for our friends wedding anniversary. They arrived some 30 hours late. Were dumped in the garden behind their gate. If I had not called them. they would never have found them. They were in a very sorry state when opening the box. Carnations very limp and with broken off heads. Roses are coming back up, but slowly. Needless to say I was very disappointed.”

“I ordered a special bouquet with chocolates and vase for a very special birthday. I paid the additional $10 option to ensure it was delivered on the day. This didn’t happen! I was very disappointed in the entire experience. The latest way of communicating via the website was long and laborious without the option of speaking to a real person. At one stage I was convinced I was communicating with a computer as the message was not getting through. The new date given did work although the am time was not met. As the occasion had passed It was very disappointing.. I have used this company in the past with no problem the service then was reliable.”
