“I ordered a special bouquet with chocolates and vase for a very special birthday. I paid the additional $10 option to ensure it was delivered on the day. This didn’t happen! I was very disappointed in the entire experience. The latest way of communicating via the website was long and laborious without the option of speaking to a real person. At one stage I was convinced I was communicating with a computer as the message was not getting through. The new date given did work although the am time was not met. As the occasion had passed It was very disappointing.. I have used this company in the past with no problem the service then was reliable.”

“Thankyou,it was a last minute order,my son had been rushed into hospital and my friend kept me company, just wanted to say thankyou as I wouldve been on my own. She said the flowers were stunning so thankyou again.”

“dreadful delivery service, flowers dumped at the bottom of the stairs to our office not once but on two occaisions. Even worse , this company wouldn't refund the £5.99 charge, yes £5.99 to be dumped . Plenty of other florists doing a superior service . When they offered 10% off the next shop - I told them I wouldn't be ordering again. Appalling service , appalling customer care.”

“The flowers I ordered were not delivered, I had an email saying they were damaged. I have tried to get in contact with you for a refund but found it impossible, hopefully you will make the refund to me now, thank you.”

“Excellent service easy to understand, to order, great selection of bouquets. Prices are great really thinking about cost of living crisis a free card a box of chocolates what more could u ask for all done for you fresh flowers delivered with a smile and on time. Would reccomend eflorist to everyone looking to send a gift to a loved one any one actually”

“The flowers were delivered, but at the time of delivery there was nobody available to take delivery. The flowers were left by the dustbins! Why were the flowers not taken back for re-delivery? It was a very warm day.”

“Just want to say thank you for delivering the lovely bouquet of flowers to my friend for her 50th. We are best friends and live miles apart. Shes in the uk and I am in New Zealand . Was hoping to be with her to celebrate her big bday but instead I have been diagnosed with breast cancer and have started my journey since june. I wanted her to know that I was thinking of her on her special day and Eflorist helped me do that !!!! My best friend was so happy when she got her flowers !!!”
