“We don't know whether the delivery has been made yet, as couriers claimed, despite being given specific directions, "unable to find the address." The flowers will no doubt be dead by now, and we will be looking for a refund of our money. Not happy at all.”

“Birthday flowers did not arrive until 16.42 in the evening. The card was not laid out as I had written it. BUTWASWRITTENINASTRAIGHTLINE May as well have been written in hieroglyphics No attention to details. Will NOT be using this company again.”

“Very reasonably priced. Delivered smack on time, in perfect condition. One week later and the final few buds are opening. Should be a great display for two weeks at least !! Will definitely use them again .”

“Perfect solution when time is of the essence. Delivered the following day, on a Sunday! My sister was delighted, beautiful flowers, perfect condition, lovely fragrance. Definitely top of my go to company in the future. Just to make it even more superb was the price and a free box of chocolates! Excellent all round.”

“Missed delivery date, customer service of no help and then stopped responding. Flowers left on doorstep despite no one being at home to receive (because they missed delivery date by 2 days). Once received, a few flower stems were broken. Customer service again of no help, didn’t respond to message. I can’t stress enough how terrible the service was. Please go elsewhere and save your money. The difference in cost of flowers is not worth the stress and agitation buying from eflorist.”

“I had a good choice of colour schemes and prices. The recipient called to say they were beautiful and would last a good amount of time. I had specified a delivery date, which due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to change. A quick email to customer support was responded to and dealt with within 15 minutes of my initial email so the flowers were delivered on the new date. Would definitely recommend this company”
