“My sister was very pleased with her birthday bouquet but a little concerned that it was left on doorstep as she was out at time of deliver x pity courier didn’t try a neighbour”

“Missed delivery date, customer service of no help and then stopped responding. Flowers left on doorstep despite no one being at home to receive (because they missed delivery date by 2 days). Once received, a few flower stems were broken. Customer service again of no help, didn’t respond to message. I can’t stress enough how terrible the service was. Please go elsewhere and save your money. The difference in cost of flowers is not worth the stress and agitation buying from eflorist.”

“I had a good choice of colour schemes and prices. The recipient called to say they were beautiful and would last a good amount of time. I had specified a delivery date, which due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to change. A quick email to customer support was responded to and dealt with within 15 minutes of my initial email so the flowers were delivered on the new date. Would definitely recommend this company”

“I was very happy with the service delivery was 💯 on time. They were for my daughter in law. I lost my son two months ago and it was their wedding anniversary so I had flowers sent to her just so she knew I was thinking of her.they were beautiful. Thank you so much for putting a smile on her face.👍”

“So pleased when I arranged the first delivery. Was told that the flowers were nice buds that turned out to be beautiful roses and looked amazing. Was told when they were going to be delivered. Because of this when a friend became ill I sent another bouquet from EFlorist and my friend phoned me to say how lovely they were.”

“The delivery schedule showed it was about to be delivered at 1755 and then was stated to be undeliverable. This means it was either damaged or the driver couldn't be bothered to find the address and wanted to go home! I was immediately refunded but the delivery was not carried out and the moment had gone. Very disappointed.”

“Ordered flowers for a birthday unfortunately Amazon returned them as the package was damaged I notified EFlorist who organised another delivery. It was late for the birthday but that was not their fault. I was told the flowers were lovely.”
