“I ordered flowers for my parents 65th wedding anniversary, they arrived mostly in bud, which is fine, the roses opened the day after and the bouquet was over by the third day. I have contacted you regarding this, I would have thought the bouquet would last for more than 3 days, but have received no response.”

“I sent flowers to my sister in law thanking her for looking after me on a weekend I spent with her because I’m a disabled 76 year old and have trouble walking she gave me her arm to steady me which was such a comfort to me so the best way to say thank you was to send beautiful flowers she was so pleased with them which made me very happy so THANK YOU.”

“The flowers were delivered late in the day and to the wrong address and left in the open. A passer by saw them the next day and kindly took them to the right house. The blooms were lovely and well packed but the gift card was missing. I'd be reluctant to order again if the same courier is used.”
