“The flowers were delivered late in the day and to the wrong address and left in the open. A passer by saw them the next day and kindly took them to the right house. The blooms were lovely and well packed but the gift card was missing. I'd be reluctant to order again if the same courier is used.”

“Beautiful flowers, but not delivered to address, had notice to say they had been left at main gate but in fact had been left in a neighbours hedge and he found them the next morning!! I suggest you use new courier!”
