“Beautiful flowers delivered in bud and in a day or so the flowers started to open, my daughter is resting as near her due date and I sent her the flowers and chocolates to cheer her up thankyou for the next day delivery as expected, really good value hopefully will order again”

“Ordered a bouquet for my sisters birthday and she thought they were from Tesco garage! Stalks without flowers on, sent dry in 30 degree heat, unlike the advertised picture, ie one of each flower type rather than 4/5 in picture. Very poor customer support stating bouquet would revive itself in 48 hours. In fact the few flowers were all wilted by then. Very very disappointed. Do not buy!”

“Ordered for my Sister birthday, didn’t get delivered till late the following day. Had I known the 💐 would not arrive on time, I’d have bought 💐on the way to my Sisters. Very disappointed. 💐 we’re wilting after spending at least one day in the back of a DPD Delivery van. Will not use this service again. Very dissatisfied. 😠”

“It was my fault that the address postcode had a wrong letter. However, the driver dropped the items off at an address that could not have been right. I do feel that you could have met me half way with a redelivery at 50%. Disappointed.”

“With the not-so-cheap handling/shipping charge, I'd expect better. The flowers did arrive on the designated day, yet the driver didn't knock and just left the box by the door. It was that email notification saying 'package delivered' telling me I had to go check where the box was. And it could've easily been stolen. Upon unboxing the flowers, they simply looked REALLY sad (see pic).”

“Ok I will be honest I was skeptical however when the flowers and the additional items arrived they were in top condition I've been a loyal customer of interflora for many years and they've destroyed at least six orders some potted plants even turned upside down in the box I can't use interflora anymore because I just don't trust them e-florist is exactly what interflora used to be when they cared about their customers I'm incredibly happy with it orders I've done so far which are to my wife and my mother-in-law and they've been very pleased with the gifts so thank you e florist I imagine you're take over all the interflora customers in time.”

“I ordered next day delivery flowers for a friends 60th birthday, they arrived 2 days later than expected and apparently were very dry and beyond saving. It was a random Sunday in September so not a popular or busy day so unable to justify the let down! Definitely dissatisfied and regretted placing the order. No response from customer service when I contacted them the first day after expected delivery.”
