We have an aunt who is going through a lot of problems at the moment and we couldn't give her an actual hug so a virtual hug in the shape of one of your pretty bouquets! I was surprised that the bouquet was delivered by Amazon but it arrived on time, in good condition and brought a smile to the lovely ladies face face! Thank you

Great customer service flowers still in bloom over a week after delivery but I dont really think this was a large bouquet more medium but paid for large. Overall ok value for money

I was told that I would receive a confirmation email to say the flowers had been delivered. But I did not receive an email from EFlorist. Poor customer service The actual bouquet was lovely! Score - 6/10

I payed extra for a larger bouquet and chocolates, what arrived was a small disheveled bunch with 3 chocolates, much smaller than others I've had. The following morning we had to swap the dead Blooms for ones we already had.

I ordered a birthday bouquet for a friend. Unfortunately, my order was never delivered and the company refused to refund my money or at least find another way to fix my situation. The address I entered was correct but the postcode had a very minor error - a letter O instead of the number 0. In the UK, postcodes with 3 letters at the end do not exist, so I contacted the company to see what could be done about this. They then claimed that the order was delivered to an incorrect address, so they could not accept liability. The problem with this is that my order was never delivered in the first place, so the company was not losing out on money or product by returning my money. I do not recommend at all, avoid at all costs. Save your money for a better company.
