“Unfortunately, after using this service many times, I am having second thoughts about using again. I send a message on a bunch of sympathy flowers to colleagues, but when the order confirmation came through, the message was blank. I asked if the message could be re-added and was told no, as the order had already gone to the florist. Surely the florist could've been contacted, as there was 24 hours left before delivery. Now the recipients have no idea who the flowers came from”

“The emails to and from eflorist were numerous. Although they tried their best my order was never delivered although attempted twice. This order was for a special birthday for a friend who has had a difficult time lately - I thought it would be a nice surprise but sadly all went badly wrong. The courier was obviously the problem in this instance.”

“My poorly friend had a disgusting, half dead bouquet delivered two weeks ago. I`ve had no refund and no apology. Needless to say, I`ve advised everyone I know to avoid you like the plague.”

“The flowers I ordered weren’t available, so others were sent which were ok but they didn’t arrive till the next day, and I had no refund for the Same day delivery I’d paid for. I’d asked for one in reply to change to my original order but got no reply, so I’m not sure I’d use E florist again.”

“I’ve tried local florists and the delivery is often later than requested, and although beautiful, quite often don’t lastmore than a few days. E florists always comes in time and always last well over a week. Considering it’s been packaged and in transit it’s remarkable how fresh and beautiful the bouquets are!”
