“Terrible service. Flowers inadequate and wilted on arrival due to apparent delayed delivery. No water or plant food supplied. Delivered to me instead of my sick friend whose address I had supplied. No refund or apologies!”

“Flowers never arrived 😭. Constant messages that they were unable to deliver that day. Requested a refund, was given one and a few days later I got a message that my parcel was lost... First and last time use of this company.”

“The lady they were sent to was absolutely delighted with the flowers, the colours were so bright and they filled two Vases. I would highly recommend E-Florist Flowers for the Service, price, easy to order website,and the delightful flowers.”

“It quick and easy to order flowers and the choice were amazing. They made my 87 year old Foster mum with onset Dementia very happy even the teddy made her happy. They were delivered very quickly. Will be ordering again from here”

“Arrived with packaging damaged. The automated phone messages were unintelligible and three are too many - a waste of resources. Ditch them and pass the saving onto customers. Competitively priced and good quality blooms.”

“Unfortunately, after using this service many times, I am having second thoughts about using again. I send a message on a bunch of sympathy flowers to colleagues, but when the order confirmation came through, the message was blank. I asked if the message could be re-added and was told no, as the order had already gone to the florist. Surely the florist could've been contacted, as there was 24 hours left before delivery. Now the recipients have no idea who the flowers came from”
