Easy to order and choose. The recipient said the flowers were lovely. Sent pictures and they looked the company photo. Very pleased thank you.

You did not make me happy BUT my Sister on the other hand was very happy with her Bouquet for her Birthday It was very easy to order And i will again!

item was was refused or not delivered, could not be determined as courier said to contact elflorist and then eflorist said to contact dpd which then turned out to be amazon that attempted delivery. The delivery date was a Sunday which surprised me that they could do (or not do in this case). I could could only contact elflorist by email on Monday which took several attempts to resolve by which time the birhtday flowers had been missed. However I did get a full refund I would suggest elforist use Royal Mail as courier as they tend to have more local knowledge of where to leave parcels (I'm a postie of course). I will not be using elforist again even though they are cheaper; no good if flowers can't be delivered in time or at all

I sent flowers for a friend’s special birthday and these were delivered to the delight of my friend. She sent me a photo of them and they were beautiful. I will certainly recommend and use EFlorist again. Thank you.

Am happy to help other customers but would like you to read it too! I sent a large bouquet to my sister in law for her 70th birthday. I know you always say they're delivered in bud but the overall condition of the flowers was very disappointing. It was delivered by Amazon, which I hadn't heard of before for delivering your flowers, and from following the delivery timeline, it went 150 miles from Milton Keynes (collected on one evening) and not delivered until tea time the following day to Wakefield (virtually Leeds). I was trying to do something special for her but it had obviously been on a van for at least 24 hours with no water. Have used E-Florist several times but this was the most disappointing

Very easy to order on the website & regular emails received about the status of the order which was useful as the flowers were not for me. The recipient was very happy with the flowers so I will use this website again for any future orders

Poor quality flowers, wilted on arrival and flowers never opened. Poor customer service, won’t be purchasing from here again.

I recently purchased a bouquet of red roses for my girlfriend and she was so happy and the flowers were so quick to blossom. I will definitely be ordering more from here because it’s affordable and the next day delivery is the best

Terrible experience after several times, so I definitely will not be using eflorist again! I’ve had nearly rotten old flowers sent to me in past with no apology given, and delivery not been on time! I have selected a chosen delivery date for a reason, and I made the order a month in advance!!! But still no show of the flowers, and no apology or update, it would have been nice to receive a message to say it’s been delayed or something, but clearly as alot of the other reviews are stating, this company doesn’t have common sense or any care for customer service! Why state that flowers will be delivered on ‘chosen date’ if they are not ?! Don’t promise something to your customers when you can’t deliver. Terrible service and disgusting way of dealing with it, save yourself the time and hassle and money and go somewhere else!!

There was a problem with my friends first bouquet they were delivered somewhere else It was not eFlorist fault. I spoke to a lovely person whose name was Simon I explained what happened and he apologised. It was not his fault He organised a replacement straight away. My dear friend received them and was over the moon so thank you
