“I sent flowers to my granddaughter for her birthday from Australia. I put the correct name and street address on the order, but inadvertently put the incorrect postcode. The flowers were not delivered and returned to the depot, with no advice of this happening. How difficult would it have been to use the street address given. A bit of common sense was lacking, and could easily have been applied here. Very disappointing, and no refund or credit given for what was a very simple mistake on my part. Will definitely not use them again.”

“This is the first time l have ordered flowers over the net and l can only say l picked the right one it was simple to do, even for me. The recipient was very happy with the delivery and having the vase arrive with the flowers only made it much easier for her, as like me she is not a flower arranger, the chocolates were delicious, apparently l didn't get one. Thank you for making my life easy. no having to travel to town and order them, l know which site l will go to next time l need to send flowers.”

“Eflorist was a fast and efficient service suitable for anyone with busy lives who haven’t got time to go into florists. The price was good considering the quality of the product, the time to arrange the flowers, the delivery and I couldn’t fault it’s presentation on arrival.”

“So upset…bought the “Radiance” bouquet for my sister and what she received was inadequate & below par! The 6 roses were wilted around the petal edges, the carnations were sparse and the additional purple & yellow foliage was thin, in fact, the purple foliage was non existent! I will certainly not be wasting my money on this company going forward, I’d have bought a better bouquet on the side of the road to be honest. Appalling!”

“My Daughter had a hand accident. We decided to send flowers as we live in Portland Dorset and she lives in Guildford. Chose eFlorist and was not disappointed. Updated us when sent and kept us updated with delivery. Best bit flowers were beautiful when they arrived. Thank you eFlorist and will definitely use you again 😄😄😄”
