I bought my husband some sunflowers just as a gift to make him smile while i was at work ( he's started doing a teaching degree), and to be honest... why can't men have flowers delivered?! The flowers were delivered within 24 hours which was brilliant. We still have them now....2 weeks later and they're still thriving. Will definitely be ordering again from eflorist in the future.

Flowers arrived on time and in fantastic condition. Absolutely will use again as everything was in order from the standard of product, packaging and included chocolates and card. Brilliant :).

Nothing wrong with the flowers, but was very disappointed with the delivery time. Amazon did not deliver them to my daughter’s home until 18.45. September 21 st is a very sad day for her I hoped she would receive them much earlier in the day, not well into the evening!!

Sent a bouquet to a friend and I suspected it wasn’t a surprise as hoped. I popped round to see her and they were so sad looking, drooping heads and very small number of flowers. Expensive mistake.

I have used eflorist twice in quick succession to send flowers to UK when I was on holiday. I needed a same day delivery service for one of those times and the flowers that arrived were beautiful, according to the recipient. The second delivery I arranged, for next day delivery, was to include a vase. Unfortunately the vase was huge and the bouquet was disappointingly small, made to look even more so by the incongruous vase. I did select small options both times, perhaps the photos online are of large bouquets which doesn’t accurately represent what will actually be sent. Eflorest should consider showing photos of each size bouquet for buyers to have a more realistic idea of what is being sent.

Having ordered one bouquet I was emailed to said it had been delivered only to receive a message an hour later that delivery was not possible! Heard nothing so had to contact company. Apology email was sent and redelivery organised (a week late!). Unbelievably the same thing happened again. Furiously I demanded a full refund but have now been asked to leave a review... My advice- DON'T use this company!

A very pretty and fresh flower delivery was made as selected. My sister sent me a picture of it she was so delighted on her 60th birthday. She liked that the blooms were wide open and therefor would last longer and give off a better perfume for longer. Freesias are our favorites and were in both our bouquets when she got married.

The flowers were great quality and lasted. I accidently pressed complete before writing my message, I emailed the team really easily and this was rectified straight away without any fuss. Brilliant customer service via email.
