“I ordered these in reasonable time for delivery on my daughter's birthday. They did not arrive until 2 days after the day nominated. No compensation offered as there is a disclaimer! It was not clear on the web order system that this was not a local florist (I had specifically sought a local florist to ensure delivery when requested and this one came up on my search. Only when they were not delivered did I realise this was a Euro service (so not local at all) and there was no telephone number or possibility of speaking to anyone. tried live chat but no response. Email reply took more than 24 hrs. I would never use this service again and sad I wasted my money.”

“I live in NZ and wanted flowers delivered to a relative in the UK. The arrangement was exactly as ordered and the recipient was overwhelmed and delighted with her gift. The roses and freesias were delivered in superb, fresh condition, were nicely fragrant and beautifully presented. (Oh, and I should add that the bonus pack of Lindt chocolates included with the flowers was also much appreciated and enjoyed by her!) To summarise, I feel I had excellent value for money in terms of both the flowers and for the service provided by the company. This was my first time of using eflorist and won't be the last. My sincere thanks to all involved.”

“Extremely dissatisfied with the flowers I ordered for my ill friend. I have emailed and was told to leave it for a few days today my friend sent me photo and they are all dying off would not use again and certainly tell anyone who was looking to send flowers to avoid at all costs”

“Ridiculous delivery time and customer services. I ordered flowers 5 days ago and still haven’t received them. They’re set to be delivered tomorrow because I was told a new bouquet had to be sent out, but I was also told there was no way they could refund me any of the costs of delivery etc. and no way of compensating me on such a late delivery. Luckily the bouquet isn’t for a special event, but if it was I would be extremely unhappy if they arrived this late. All I have been offered is 15% off my next order, which is just a generic coupon you could find anywhere. It’s not what I expect from a company that claims to have “next day delivery” and I expected some sort of compensation for the extremely bad delivery timing other than a generic coupon code I could’ve found anywhere!”

“I was a little disappointed in the delivery time , I thought it would be around 11pm when my wife was in ,but it came after 2.30, it was still a surprise for her so it worked out In the end, Flowers are good, flowers food bag had leaked , but all that said, The wife's happy.”

“I was pulling my hair out trying to think of a birthday present for my partner until I came across Eflourist. They offered same day delivery and the choices and prices of flowers and extras were amazing. I chose a large boquet with a teddy chocolates and a card. They arrived as promised and my partner was overjoyd. The flowers were stunning,fresh and a lot of them for the price. The chocolates were from a very well known and popular brand,the bear was very expensive looking and well made and the card was the icing on the cake. Overall very very satisfied and pleased with the complete bundle. Three days after and the flowers are still fresh and smell so nice. Eflourist is now my goto when I need flowers. Amazing service,amazing flowers, and amazing surprice for my fiancee. Thank you so much.”
