“Disappointing, as you will see from the photos what I ordered and what arrived, I appreciate that some of the flowers may have still been in bud but I could have purchased something better from a supermarket and paid less, not at all what I was expecting for a friend who had just come out of hospital”

“Ordered a bouquet, which looked like they’d been dragged through a hedge backwards. Also they we’re supposed to come with a free box of chocolates, didn’t receive them. Overall, not very happy, won’t use again or recommend”

“My sister lives a long way away from me so I can't get to visit. She is unwell. I sent her the flowers and chocolates 🍫 she was delighted. They really cheered her up. Thank you for affordable gifts delivered on time.”

“Ordered flowers at the weekend 12/11/22, payment taken twice in error, no real issues there mistakes happen. What I do expect is someone to respond to the two emails I have sent since the weekend so that the duplicate payment is returned, not impressed at all!!”

“I was very disappointed with Eflorist's service. I failed see the box in which to write my card message (my fault but also an unclear order-form). Despite a long search, I could not find an email address or telephone number to correct the fault. However, despite the fact that I had provided my name, tel no., and email address, the flowers were sent without any indication of the sender's identity. The whole event was a disappointment to say the least. THE COMPANY ACCEPTED NO RESPONSIBILITY.”
