“Well I have used many florists in the past but I have to say the last twice I have decided to try eflorists and am extremely pleased with their website which is much easier than some others to get around. My recipients have been delighted with their flowers and have sent photos of them, which was a relief. I know I can definitely trust eflorist to send the best flowers and I shall certainly be using them again and recommending them to family and friends.”

“Yodels fault. Ordered an anniversary bouquet. Yodel had it on time and confirmed delivery on correct date. It didn’t happen. EFlorist promised a refund. The bouquet did arrive but 2 days after our anniversary having been in the back of a van at sub zero temps. Currently awaiting the promised refund to appear on my account.”

“I ordered the standard vintage bouquet to arrive on my Aunt's Birthday. The order was placed in the early hours and had arrived by mid day, the same day. As l was snowed in this was a wonderful solution. Communication was good through out, with up to date emails. Aunt telephoned to say how lovely the bouquet was, in her favourite colours. I chose the vintage design as it was also a belated Diamond wedding anniversary gift for her and husband. Thank you for the happiness.”

“Extremely beautiful flowers delivered on time on the day requested The Christmas colours were amazing, some flowers just flowering, others still in bud, last time they lasted for over four weeks with very little maintenance”

“It’s probably more the delivery peoples fault, but the flowers arrived looking like they had been used as the football in the World Cup final. I will give e-florist their due, as soon as they revived the complaint a new bunch of flowers was dispatched. Im still waiting to hear from the recipient about the condition of the new batch”
