“I had received flowers from this company and was so delighted decided to send some myself. Easy process from choosing flowers right upto the delivery. Constant email updates informing delivery schedule, flowers arrived in exact time. Spot on service.”

“It’s probably more the delivery peoples fault, but the flowers arrived looking like they had been used as the football in the World Cup final. I will give e-florist their due, as soon as they revived the complaint a new bunch of flowers was dispatched. Im still waiting to hear from the recipient about the condition of the new batch”

“I got told feeds had been delivered and they hadn’t so I rang up and they said they will sort it, AGAIN two days later they said they had been delivered and AGAIN not received so had to use a different company so now waiting to see if I can get a refund! I’m disappointed as I spent a lot of money on this delivery”

“It was my mums 101 birthday on 14th of December you said the flowers would arrive on that day. But did not arrive till the 15th the day after her 101th birthday .So not HAPPY.”

“Flowers paid for plus get well card for deliverey to Mrs Debbie Josif 39 Lambourn Close/Gardens Tilehurst Reading Berkshire. RG31 5BE. Flowers ordered 9th10 December. By Mrs G Skeldon. Email stated flowers were delivered but clearly they were not. So disappointed as they are for a person recovering from an operation. HELP PLEASE ASAP”

“I had not used EFlorist before and I looked at various other sites and thought I would try them. First order went through fine and delivered on time, so I used them 3 more times and the same result each time, so at the moment I will continue using them as I am more than happy with the price and results.”

“The flowers was not for me but as a thank you from me and the people who recieved them were very pleased with them as it was a surprize for them. The courier kept me informed when and how long they would take to get to the house. It is very easy to order the flowers as I am a novice on the computer and will be ordering more in the new year.Very good service by everyone.”

“Waste of money, do not buy!! I placed the order days before for the flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend's workplace and the parcel showed up at 8pm, flowers more dead than alive, no one to talk to and the surprise ruined. Again, waste of money!!!”
