“Flowers paid for plus get well card for deliverey to Mrs Debbie Josif 39 Lambourn Close/Gardens Tilehurst Reading Berkshire. RG31 5BE. Flowers ordered 9th10 December. By Mrs G Skeldon. Email stated flowers were delivered but clearly they were not. So disappointed as they are for a person recovering from an operation. HELP PLEASE ASAP”

“I had not used EFlorist before and I looked at various other sites and thought I would try them. First order went through fine and delivered on time, so I used them 3 more times and the same result each time, so at the moment I will continue using them as I am more than happy with the price and results.”

“The flowers was not for me but as a thank you from me and the people who recieved them were very pleased with them as it was a surprize for them. The courier kept me informed when and how long they would take to get to the house. It is very easy to order the flowers as I am a novice on the computer and will be ordering more in the new year.Very good service by everyone.”

“Waste of money, do not buy!! I placed the order days before for the flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend's workplace and the parcel showed up at 8pm, flowers more dead than alive, no one to talk to and the surprise ruined. Again, waste of money!!!”

“Flowers were ordered for delivery on Wednesday 14th December and as of now 8am Saturday 17th of December they have still not arrived, so already 3 days late for my friends birthday. Will not be using yourselves again 😡”

“Delivered on date asked for, but didn’t realise that it would be so late at night, 19:12. It was a thank you for a lady who went above and beyond to help me - I had given her work address, so it would be a surprise. The offices were closed, just lucky the cleaners were in and took delivery or goodness knows where they would have been left! I have tried to double check your T&C’s and can’t see anywhere that delivery could be so late, I presumed it would be during normal working hours ie 08:00 to 17:00. Wouldn’t use again.”

“I needed to send thank you flowers to someone who had been extremely kind to my brother in the UK, when I could not, because of a great distance between us. Ordering the flowers was a breeze. The web site was so easy to negotiate and the bouquets were an awesome price. Delivery was exactly as promised and the recipient was overjoyed.
