Flowers are good Aunty loved them, but there wasn’t any writing in the card Aunty didn’t know who they were from. My fault initially, but I emailed and was told card and words would be added. They weren’t.

Flowers arrived at the end of the day (past 6.30pm) and since they were for a birthday it was a bit too late. The box was open and the flowers came frozen. Tried to revive them but it was impossible. Had to throw them in the garbage the next day. Very disappointing.

The flowers arrived, a couple broken stems, the others half dead! You should be ashamed of yourselves, what a ripoff! Worst things is, I had ordered a second bunch for my mothers, which have yet to arrive, i dread to think what state they will be in!

Well I have used many florists in the past but I have to say the last twice I have decided to try eflorists and am extremely pleased with their website which is much easier than some others to get around. My recipients have been delighted with their flowers and have sent photos of them, which was a relief. I know I can definitely trust eflorist to send the best flowers and I shall certainly be using them again and recommending them to family and friends.

Yodels fault. Ordered an anniversary bouquet. Yodel had it on time and confirmed delivery on correct date. It didn’t happen. EFlorist promised a refund. The bouquet did arrive but 2 days after our anniversary having been in the back of a van at sub zero temps. Currently awaiting the promised refund to appear on my account.
