“Flowers arrived at the end of the day (past 6.30pm) and since they were for a birthday it was a bit too late. The box was open and the flowers came frozen. Tried to revive them but it was impossible. Had to throw them in the garbage the next day. Very disappointing.”

“The flowers arrived, a couple broken stems, the others half dead! You should be ashamed of yourselves, what a ripoff! Worst things is, I had ordered a second bunch for my mothers, which have yet to arrive, i dread to think what state they will be in!”
