“These flowers were for a friend who had just told me she that she has a terminal illness I felt so sad but knew the lovely flowers wold help her to know I’m thinking of her”

“The flowers were not received by my friend to whom I sent them. Yodel said they left them on the front porch but nothing was received. Either they were stolen or not delivered.”

“I ordered a bouquet of 50 red roses for my fiancee 's birthday. They arrived in good time and were beautiful flowers and make an impressive display in a vase to bunch them together. Very fresh and all in very good condition and they are now 1.5 weeks old and still look amazing”

“I was really impressed with Eflorist! I was trying to send flowers and all the usual companies that I would order from had no delivery dates till after Christmas. I ordered online and the flowers were available for delivery the very next day. Proving it can be done if you want the business.”

“Absolutely disgraceful. Two orders placed only one delivered on designated day. No confirmation of second orders being sent so did not deliver one of my orders on the elected day and no reason why. Emailed to advise non delivery and they must have rushed to send the broken dead flowers to my I’ll mother in law”

“The flowers were delivered at approx five o'clock, by which time the flowers were starting to wilt. No doubt this was due to being in a van all day. This is no ones fault but rather a poor business model where the delivery is subcontracted rather than kept in house , where staff would have more appreciation of handling the flowers.”

“Never again, ordered flower for a birthday (next day delivery)16th Dec, still not delivered but have been out for delivery since the 15th according to tracking so if they do turn up they are likely to be a mess, also unable to contact anyone regarding the delivery so ponce again (NEVER AGAIN )”

“I was so disappointed that the flowers that I asked for did not arrive until the next day. When they did arrive the recipient was pleased with them, which you can only take their word for as we live 300+ Miles from them!!!!”

“Unfortunately, although I was informed later by e-mail that the flowers would not be delivered on the date ordered, the flowers were delivered a day later than requested which missed the anniversary of my fathers death and the whole point of sending them in the first place. Also, the flowers were dry and droopy when they did arrive as the stems were not wrapped in any sort of moist material. Consequently, they did not last and were not particularly nice. All round very disppointing.”
