Not a bad experience with the florist or delivery - I ordered some flowers from you - a one-off - I did not – as far as I know ask you to start sending me lots of emails emails....... The flowers were a special one-off occasion, my sister was over the moon with them – However, I am not expecting to be ordering any more bouquets FULL-STOP - and I do not want to get ANY MORE EMAILS from your company and, if they keep coming I will tell my friends in the UK, that if they order flowers through your company, you will bombard them with 'special offer' emails constantly. PLEASE stop sending them - and, if my sister is in any way bombarded with letters/emails - I will report your company to any relevant legal departments necessary. This is the second review you are asking me to complete - how many more would I be likely to receive ? One originaly contented customer now a very unhappy customer

Flowers were delivered but in a terrible state half were dead and look brown and not attractive. Also I thought they would be in a box but they were just wrapped in plastic. Shame as could have been good.

I ordered flowers for my mother to arrive on the anniversary of my dad's death. They didn't arrive until the day after. I saw the flowers 2 days later and thought they were poor value for money. I had ordered the medium bouquet, supposedly bigger than standard. There were hardly any flowers in it and the roses were already browning and wilting. Not impressed.

Good overall but flowers left outside, better to include leave with neighbour option. Nice flowers, arrived on the selected delivery date

They couldn’t fulfil the request as I didn’t want the flowers to be Christmassy as it would be inappropriate. They called to say they couldn’t get a florist to do them even if I waited a few days for delivery. In other words the couldn’t be bothered probably because they were the cheapest! Don’t bother using them although the refund came through in a couple of days

My order delivered the next day, the parcel was safe and didn’t have any damage.flowers in bouquet were still fresh. I was satisfied by the service and delivery company. Only minus for me is that the courier should have rung the doorbell.Because it was a surprise for a receiver by me. But I had to tell her to take the bouquet from the door. As the courier didn’t knock the door, or ring the door bell,but put the parcel in a safe place.Anyway, generally I like the service and I’d order again.

My flowers should have been delivered on Saturday 17th December. Apparently they arrived about 5pm on Monday. Flowers were all dry and left upside down in the porch!! What a waste of money! I have emailed you twice today and have had no reply. Absolutely disgusted!!!!! I AWAIT YOUR COMMENTS

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for next day delivery and they arrived in the allocated time slot. I received messages keeping me updated to and when delivered. Would definitely use again.

Ah well then !! Your patience in guiding me down the correct path in ordering on line. There may well be many other elderly citizens tapping out requests via a mobile ‘phone and wondering why things go haywire. (I’m 82 and a bit). In my instance a big help would be appreciated if the type size in the ordering section was a tad larger in order to input the correct information. I guess there may well be inbuilt technical help available on my device to deal with that. However…I will know for next time. You excellent service has been really appreciated. Here’s to future birthdays and occasions etc. I know it’s a lazy way of going about things, but it is rewarding. Thank you all again for your help and patience. Many regards, happy Xmas. Yodel delivery driver left the flowers in a shed ...no photo ... recipient who was unwell tracked them down but not until the next day...very disappointed with this experience.
