“Paid for next day delivery and they were not delivered next day. Also the chocolates were not delivered. The flowers do not look as ordered. Disappointed and will not use again. Waste of money.”

“The flowers were delivered as promised on the next day and the came with some of the flowers still in bud which was nice and opened in a few days my daughter had an operation and they cheered her up and she loved them them. Thank you would definitely use again and recommend them”

“I ordered bold blooms flowers for my mum on her birthday who is suffering with terminal cancer and lives 200 miles away from me but for some awful reason she received white roses which had brown bits on the leaves and flower heads. I was so upset , my mum deserves better. I’ve also tried to contact customer services twice to sort this out and I’ve had no reply. All I got was a review link so here is my review everyone , not good! And I’m not normally a person to moan but this really upset me trying to make my mum smile but that didn’t happened at all.”

“My girlfriend loved the flowers. Although Yodel misdelivered the first bouquet you dealt with my concern professionally and resent the flowers to which I am grateful.Your customer service was excellent but Yodels was very poor.Thank you for a great service from yourselves.”
