“My parcel didn’t arrive the first time however was immediately replaced. Customer service over email have been very response and assuring. I was scared at first however my issue was dealt with and my girlfriend loved the flowers 🌸”

“I was disappointed as asked for flowers to be delivered on the 19th October for a friends birthday but they only arrived on the 20th even tho the tracking said they would arrive on 19th”

“Very excellent service. Ordered flowers from Australia, arrived next day to my Mother-in-law. Courier service with delivery tracking was great also. Thank you for your excellent service. Would highly recommend and will definitely use you again. Really good value for money.”

“Only gave 1 star because you can’t comment unless you select a star! Flowers could not have been more different if you tried! I get some stem subs due to seasonality but not sub all the stems? Why not sell flowers that are in season instead? I chose the flower I did because if the beautiful purples were to compliment a home and the thistles to represent Scotland. To say I am beyond disappointed is an understatement. To think i gave you almost £50 to send a very dear friend flowers and I could have got better at the petrol station! Please do NOT use these florists! I have not had a reply to my email. So rude and very unprofessional.”

“The flowers ordered for a special occasion didn’t come as in the advertised picture. Some Flower petals were brown and broken. They are wasn’t fresh. I could of got a better flower arrangement from local supermarket which would of been a third of the price. Sorry but won’t be ordering again.”
