“Easy ordering. Not sure if free chocolates were supposed to be enclosed with the flowers but none came. My wife very pleased with the flowers. Delivery in specified time,but just left on doorstep ,no knocking on door or doorbell not Rung.”

“Price was great flowers turned out to be lovely but the delivery was very poor with yodel we paid extra for delivery date but it wasn’t happening so my daughter went and collected them herself and delivered them. So I suggest you change your delivery courier”

“It was particularly my fault in providing the wrong delivery address. However, I wasn't happy with the customer service I received as a result. Simply refering me to terms and conditions then dismissing me.”

“Flowers were not in bud when they arrived , they had no life in them even after doing what it said on the instructions. Very disappointed tried to contact customer services but had no response at all . I would not recommend these to anyone ! Had to go out and purchase more flowers as these were for a very special person”
