“Flowers arrived 24 hours late. Tried contacting help desk via email and Twitter but received no response on the day. Finally received Courier tracking number just before midnight on expected delivery day but too late for Birthday surprise. Flowers were dry but a good size bunch and revived well after a few hours in water”

“I was very disappointed, the flowers were wilted & looked half dead, I have used you before and always been very satisfied. It was my grandaughters special birthday and I could not visit her because of illness. but I will say that they arrived on time. I feel let down and doubt if I would use your company again.I”

“I ordered same day flowers when I thought I wouldn't find any so late in the day. I was amazed how efficiently my order was handled and the recipient was very happy. I was texted along the journey too. great service.”

“I ordered a basket for same day delivery but I was contacted because my order wasn’t available and couldn’t be delivered until the next day so wasn’t happy about that but the alternative flowers were still nice and delivered next day. I was told I would be refunded the difference but don’t think I have had a refund yet. But would order again 👍”

“Not happy with them at all ‘ my flowers went to the wrong place ‘ took nearly 2days for them to get back to me ‘ for them to tell me that i could not get my money back or the flowers sent to the right address again ‘ so I will never use these people again and I will tell my friends that use them as well”

“Next day of the event delivery has no logic and it does not serve the purpose .birthday on 5th and delivery made on 6th and you expect the excellent words from clients. You should have been shut your services long ago but still not too late soon you will be...last line Eflorist good for nothing not bunch of flowers but bunch of idiots at eflorist .”
