“Not happy with them at all ‘ my flowers went to the wrong place ‘ took nearly 2days for them to get back to me ‘ for them to tell me that i could not get my money back or the flowers sent to the right address again ‘ so I will never use these people again and I will tell my friends that use them as well”

“Next day of the event delivery has no logic and it does not serve the purpose .birthday on 5th and delivery made on 6th and you expect the excellent words from clients. You should have been shut your services long ago but still not too late soon you will be...last line Eflorist good for nothing not bunch of flowers but bunch of idiots at eflorist .”

“We sent the summer roses bouquet from Australia to a dear friend in the UK who wasn't well. They were delivered on time and were so beautiful, we saw photos from our delighted friend. I would definitely use Eflorist again.”

“Great quality flowers and a perfect gift - I bought the 50 roses! Would highly recommend! The delivery was really quick and the flowers were strapped down for safety in transit so they were perfect when they arrived! Thank you so much!”

“Amazing service on time and they are beautiful the only thing I have to complain about is that the card message was not in with them so a little disappointed 😞 but all the other times I have used this service they always come with the little message. “order still hasn’t been delivered, when i ordered it said delivery for 5th and says on tracking it was packaged on 4the it’s now 11:15pm on 7th please explain how the flowers will stay in good condition and will not arrive dead? I will never be ordering from you - I have sent the flowers like most people as a gift so I shouldn’t have to ask the person receiving them if they are alive or not, I want a refund and I will buy flowers in person and have to deliver them myself”
