“Delayed delivery when I payed extra for next day and roses were squished”

“Hi, I was very disappointed with my order. I ordered to be delivered on Sunday and they arrived late Monday evening. They were dry and Droopy. They haven't recovered from being put in water either!”

“The flowers arrived on time and the recipient was pleased with them. However when I saw them I was disappointed as I’d paid more for a large bouquet at £40. These were not a large bouquet….. free chocolates didn’t arrive either so not impressed”

“I had ordered these for a very dipresive person who needed a little cheering up and she loves flower, but I never received the flower I had an email to say we hope there beautiful but I've never seen them they didn't turn up and now no one is answering the email I've sent to say I haven't revived them, it's not a good look for your company you have taken my money and I've not seen 1 flower it's ridiculous”

“No reply to emails Live chat does not work ( it only triggers yet another automatic email response) Customer Service telephone number permanently engaged. A more faceless business I have never used and will NEVER use again. I do NOT recommend this company.”
