“Beautiful flower arrangement arrived on the day as promised. Great communication so knew exactly when the flowers wete going to be delivered. Delivery notification arrived as my mum texted me to say she's received them and was thrilled. Definately use this company again.”

“I obviously made a mistake and accidently clicked twice on something and 2 exactly the same orders went to exactly the same place with exactly the same cards. I was charged separately for them which means I didn't have quantity wrong. And no refund offered. Also confirmation email doesn't contain order number so screen shot your receipt. Will not be using again”

“Beautiful flowers I sent to my Mother. My only gripe is I was told the flowers would be delivered on Saturday after 3 pm but delivery wasn’t made until the following Wednesday. Disappointed with this as I told my Mum to expect a delivery, my Mum stayed in all day awaiting for the delivery so I was disappointed”

“Disgusted! Dreadful. Order placed for delivery on a Sunday, on the day they needed to turn up, paid 5.99 for it, and the flowers arrived yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon when my friend was already in hospital having her major operation! The worst thing about it is she might not recover, and by the time she gets home they will be dead! No email correspondence whatsoever. They con you into thinking you’ve got the service you’ve bought, and don’t bother one iota! If this is a local florist that is a joke, the nearest one is ten minutes walk from the house they were going to!”

“Beautiful flowers delivered on the day requested. Slight problem with delivery driver who didn't give us time to get to the door and was about to leave flowers in wheelie bin! Perhaps think about using different company for deliveries?”

“Order flowers, chocolate and a vase for my daughters birthday, got 2 text on the morning of delivery one to say out for delivery the next say they can’t deliver on that day and will message again when they can , , so received a day late so had to tell my daughter She did have another present coming ,and flowers a bit battered .”
