“I had ordered these for a very dipresive person who needed a little cheering up and she loves flower, but I never received the flower I had an email to say we hope there beautiful but I've never seen them they didn't turn up and now no one is answering the email I've sent to say I haven't revived them, it's not a good look for your company you have taken my money and I've not seen 1 flower it's ridiculous”

“No flowery language, just great service! My first experience of using EFlorist could not have been better. The flowers arrived on time and were well packaged to prevent damage. They were excellent value for money and I shall use their service again.”

“No reply to emails Live chat does not work ( it only triggers yet another automatic email response) Customer Service telephone number permanently engaged. A more faceless business I have never used and will NEVER use again. I do NOT recommend this company.”
