“No reply to emails Live chat does not work ( it only triggers yet another automatic email response) Customer Service telephone number permanently engaged. A more faceless business I have never used and will NEVER use again. I do NOT recommend this company.”

“They advertised the best prices. They had a super fast delivery date and delivered on time. Their flowers were in perfect condition. What more could I ask for. Delighted! As well as my sister-in-law ! She sent me a photo to prove it.”

“Oh dear. Seems like I should have read the reviews before ordering. Same happened to me. Ordered Friday for Saturday delivery. Delivered Sunday, tiny bunch of flowers and a box of only 4 chocolates. Very disappointed.”

“Took up an email discount offer for 2 bouquets. Checked credit card and full amount taken. I phoned customer services who told me it would be rectified and an email to confirm being sent yesterday. Nothing as yet”

“The flowers were one day late and arrived completely beat up and withered. Once they perked up a bit i received a photo of them and they looked NOTHING like the photo. The colors were the same but there were way less flowers, like 1 of each. I kind of feel scammed. This was my first time sending flowers to my long distance boyfriend and I'm really sad i picked this service, it kind of ruined it for me.”
