“I recently ordered a bouquet for my mums birthday. The flowers were beautiful but delivered to the wrong address! I received confirmation the flowers had been delivered yet my mum didn't have them. Around an hour later a lovely lady brought them to her, with the correct address clearly on the package, yet delivered incorrectly. I would not order from here again! 😒”

“Flowers delivered were in a damaged packaging,flowers were not in bud plus other flowers were included and were not specific to what I ordered. These were for my sisters birthday 🎂 who has just been diagnosed with lymphoma so I wanted these to be special for her day. Cannot add photo”

“My flowers, chocolates ,teddy bear arrived with no birthday card. My niece thought I had forgotten her birthday and that she had a stalker. She looked everywhere for a message of any sort and there was none. Not happy”

“The day before my wedding anniversary i thought it would be nice to order some flowers to be delivered on the day. I know there is a window for delivery but they turned up at 20.30 and we had gone for a meal. Looking at the tracker the flowers had gone to Milton Keynes down to Weybridge, then to Dunstable and ended up in Aylesbury where i live. Anyway we returned home to find a small box with 9 white roses, some freesias and a bit of green infil!!! All looking pressed up and very sad. I upgraded to a large bouquet total cost £33.98 and all i can say is i was extremely disappointed. Other people sent flowers to us which they had bought locally and they were comparable in price but had a real fresh wow! factor. Sorry to say i will not be using this service again.”

“The flowers delivered were in very poor condition and withered in parts. I aprdered a medium spray it was very small with more foliage than flowers. Reall very disappointed, as it was ordered for a special occasion. Was not cheap either, which I didn’t mind should it have been nice. Next time I will use my local florist or the beautiful sprays in other retail outlets, that are much cheaper!!!! Very poor. My advice spend your money elsewhere”
