I ordered flowers for our wedding anniversary giving plenty of weeks notive. I ordered from eflorist because on their website under the q&a second on when will my order arrive it said. "Your bouquet will be delivered on the delivery day you chose" So i chose my delivery day and placed my order. Imagine my shock when my order was shipped one day before our anniversary on a 48hour service. So i contacted customer service and they replied that orders 98% of the time arrive on time which never answered my question so i replied asking why my order was shipped the day before delivery on a 48 hour service and i asked if they can not 100% guarantee delivery then why say on the website that you get your order on the delivery day. I could understand the 98% excuse if they shipped it 48 two days before the delivery date using a 48hr service but not the day before as obviously the order will arrive .late

No delivery, no notice email to even say the flowers and chocolates have been dispatched. This was a Birthday present and not cheap! Disgusted with such a poor services. Tracking states flowers collected at 8am.. no doubt they will be dead! If they ever arrive.

Don't waste your money, company do not deliver on time and their customer service is the worst I have come across They do not take responsibility for their failings

Please do not use this company. They have effectively stolen from me, by not delivering the flowers on time, on the agreed date and now not refunding me. They are a nightmare to get hold of and now they have blocked me on facebook. Awful, awful company, no professionalism at all. Please AVOID.

Turned up 5 days late,should be next day! some dead. No responce from customer services, 5 emails sent, 3 messages on FB. Lied about attempted to deliver - i have video proof they did not. Total disgrace, unprofessional YOU OWE ME A FULL REFUND

Terrible service 3 days late for a 60th birthday which is embarrassing and makes it look like an afterthought on my part. Impossible to speak to anyone at the Company. All done by email with no response from them at all. I deeply regret spending £35 with this Company but I have learned a lesson, read the reviews first Would never use them again

Very disappointed, flowers send as a gift were a lot less than described, although bouquet was on a special offer of 19.99 and not 29.99, I don’t think 7 flowers justifies the price and no free chocolates as advertised! So not recommend and will not be using again. Shame on you Eflorist.

Disgusting service throughout and even worse flowers when they eventually arrived a week and half late Ordered from overseas to be delivered to a UK address for a birthday for an elderly lady for a surprise and gave over a weeks notice and paid in full Never arrived and was advised by email when I complained that they would send more, refused as the surprise and birthday was already ruined Was told I would get a refund which never happened Today I get a photo that they arrived …. How weird where they’ve been sitting but as expected dead. Delivered rotten flowers They should be totally ashamed of themselves and I will never recommend but I will be telling everyone about the horrendous experience

I had ordered a spray of flowers to be delivered on a Saturday evening in time for my mothers funeral on the Monday but they never arrived. I could not get through to a live person or even leave a message on their customer support phone line. Their prerecorded message on the phone suggests contacting them through their website live chat. The chat however is not live as once you submit your message it sends you an auto response email stating that you will receive a response within 24-48 hours. It was extremely frustrating as I had no tracking information, the name of the florist or just anyone that was willing to assist me. Because of this I had to make other arrangements with a local florist who thankfully were able to help. Don’t use them they are a scam!

got flowers for mothers day i don't think that they were worth the money that i spent on the flowers not enough flowers for the money order the large bunch but did not look like a large bunch of flowers was very disappointed with them.

Mother’s Day flowers did not arrive on time even though they were ordered well in advance. Customer services just give you a load of nonsense about small print. Absolutely avoid this lot.

£33.98 for a rubbish looking, very small bunch of flowers. I should have read the reviews. I've seen better looking bunches of flowers outside crash sites 5 weeks after the tragedy. Don't spoil your mother's day, go out and buy some from a supermarket instead of this 'bunch' of jokers.

Terrible experience. Wasted £60 on a bouquet that looked as if it had been stolen from the cemetery. Website images bear no resemblance to the flowers that are delivered and customer services don't want to know. Never again.

Ordered in the morning for same day delivery. Took payment immediately. Received a message in the afternoon to say they could not deliver today and offered delivery in two to three days. A refund will be given in 3 to 6 days. Too late to order for same day. Customer service is very poor.

HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE LIARS! I bought a bouquet of flowers for my friends birthday for around £50 (plus delivery), unfortunately the flowers she received were not a true reflection of what was being marketed on their website and definitely didn’t contain the quantity of each specific flower as promised. I was humiliated and disappointed when my friend sent me a picture of what was delivered. I immediately emailed their customer service, which was around the end of November 2022, and I can sadly confirm that as of today (February 2023) they have failed to issue any refund and continue to maintain that there is “nothing wrong” with what was delivered as the bouquet meets the colour scheme requirements. I’m BAFFLED with how shameless this company truly is. Anyone that compares pictures of the flowers that are promoted on their website and the flowers that were delivered can see the difference and how much they actually ripped me off. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! I don’t normally leave negative reviews but the way they have treated me as a customer and how they handled my complaint has left me truly shocked and upset. I’m surprised they haven’t been sued for false advertisement yet, from the reviews I’ve seen I’m one of MANY that has had the same exact experience with them. We can’t all be wrong!! You’d think they would take responsibility and show some respect to the people they’re making money off of!
