What a rip off. Spent near on £70 on valentines flowers and they don't even fill one verse. Avoid ordering here

Poor quality flowers, very small bouquet sized as medium for £49.99 plus £5.99 service charge. This was a funeral tribute for my auntie and they spelt our names wrong. Customer service is shocking. Would avoid!!

Sent old withered flowers in a box, would never ever ever order from them again, after the price I paid its now in the hands of my credit card company

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday a week before the required delivery date. I found out three days later that my daughter would be away on her actual birthday. I got in touch with Eflorist chat line giving four days notice to change delivery to a day earlier... I was told 'that's all been done', great I thought. Eflorist delivered the flowers on the original date and I was very disappointed that my daughter didn't receive her flowers until two days after her birthday. I got in touch with Eflorist who advised DELIVERY DATE IS NOT GUARANTEED AND CAN BE ONE OR TWO DAYS EITHER SIDE. To add insult to injury they told me that they were sorry I hadn't noticed that in the terms and conditions. I will never use them again.

Awful!!! Keep away!!! I’ve ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend who has just had an operation for cancer. I’ve ordered the flowers on Friday 27th Jan. afternoon to be delivered on Saturday 28th Jan. I received the order confirmation but no information regarding the delivery was provided. On Monday 30th Jan. I contacted Eflorist and asked for the delivery information. I was then told that my order was missed and a new delivery was available for Wednesday 1st Feb, although this delivery could take another 1-2 days to reach the recipient. I asked for the order to be cancel and Eflorist refused stating they had already printed the delivery label. This is absolutely chocking!!! They not only failed to deliver my order, didn’t inform me and then refused to refund me! No professionalism nor compassion! Good job I paid with PayPal. I would advise to stay away from Eflorist. They dodgers and extremely unprofessional.

very disapointed ordered for my wifes birthday, other flowers arrived from her relatives and freinds on the morning of her birthday and mine did not arrive till 8pm,when she opened them i could tell she was disapointed it was such a small bunch was supposed to be medium, for the money you could do much better at your local petrol station forecourt.

I placed an order on 11th January for delivery on 22nd January. Straight away, I received a confirmation email about the order and delivery date. On the morning of the delivery date, I received a text and email from them to say delivery would be 23rd - so a day after requested delivery and missing the special occasion I’d ordered them for. I emailed their customer service (and sent a Facebook message, not replied to) complaining and requesting a refund. This was responded to this morning by email apologising and an offer of refunding me the delivery charges only. This is unacceptable when I placed the order in plenty of time and they’ve missed the occasion it was for (letting both me and my friend down). I’d not recommend and neither would I ever order from them again.

Terrible company do not use. Didn't delivery for my employees birthday. I had to chase them up which they took 48 hours to come back to me, which they didn't come back to me. To be told we have refunded the money. No apology, no explination as to why a week later they had not been delivered. No phone number to talk to them, thye have stopped answering my emails. Honestly rubbish company to deal with.

Very bad experience. WHY DO YOU NOT REPLY ??? Not only were my father's flowers NOT delivered on his anniversary . They arrived late and in a poor condition AND the chocolates were missing . Disgusted! REPLY please . I am about to go on every review site to write about my experience with you!

I ordered flowers for my friend and work colleague who was going through a miscarriage. On her return to work she informed me that the flowers arrived dead and there was only about 4 or 5 actual flowers. I emailed and to my absolute disgust I got the below response. Sending dead flowers out to customers is a disgrace and the how insensitive on the order I literally put sympathy and they think it's OK to send flowers like this to someone who is losing rhein baby!! Thank you for your email regarding your order. I am really sorry to hear that the item was not to your expectations. Unfortunately, as we need all complaints of this nature reported within 7 days of the receipt of the item, due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to proceed with any action. No card was left with the flowers despite one being requested with the quote “thinking of you” on it. The recipient had no idea who the flowers were from because of this.

What a disappointment. Ordered a larger bouquet of "Christmas Daze" can't even find the online picture anymore.... (wonder why). See picture attached. This is not what my wife expected. Very disappointed. Also included a vase and free chocolates. Chocolates not included with delivery. Very few flowers, and definitely not a larger amount of flowers.
