I ordered a bouquet for Mother’s Day. The photos are of what I ordered compared to what I got! Basically half of the bouquet I ordered. The delivery was fast

The recipient of the flowers does not have a separate workplace nor is it possible for her to wait at home for 12 + hours awaiting a delivery. Further there are no neighbours home on a week day nor is there any management office at the small unit block to assist in accepting a delivery. eFlowers clearly made no attempts to contact the florist and ask if it would be a morning or afternoon delivery. The recipient would be able to stay home for,say, 8am to 1pm but not all day. eFlowers just reiterated that “ guaranteed times could not be given” ( fair enough, that’s not what I asked for!!). Really poor service!! And if the flowers can’t be delivered, they charge another $15 to redeliver. Great! On a day when the delivery doesn’t mean anything. Don’t use this company. Zero customer service for those that don’t have a business address.

Had flowers delivered. The box came slightly damaged, upon opening 7 yellow roses and foliage. 4 of the rose heads were detached from the stems. Immediately contacted eflowers by email. 5 days later still waiting for a reply. Totally disappointed.

Order flowers from you, it when though twice tried cancelling one as it was for the same person, would cancel charges twice for delivery and for the flower. Wouldn’t recommend using this company, the flowers weren’t great either. Very disappointed

First and last time I ever use this company. Absolutely disgusted, recieved half of the bunch ordered, didn't look remotely similar and I'm told apparently the picture isn't to actually show what you get. Ridiculous company, awful customer service, never been so let down by a florist

Mrs Debra Hudson of 31 Shakespeare avenue great harwood ordered 40 pounds worth of flowers for her daughter in law they didn’t come next day she rung them got told delay due to COVID after 2 weeks no flowers received sent message they asked for proof of payment.she sent copy of PayPal payment. They sent email with number on saying regards at bottom of letter still no flowers or money back awful treatment avoid I am Mrs Hudson’s mother Annette shaw so mad .

The flowers I ordered for my daughters 40th birthday were awful. She sent me a picture and i was appalled. For a start there was only ten roses instead of twelve. Then the smallest roses imaginable. All surrounded by loads of awful greenery. Will never shop with them again.

I had some flowers from my daughter delivered for my birthday yesterday from eflowers. They were appalling all of the roses were dead and the other flowers did not look too healthy, if fact I was dissapointed I could have cried! I contacted eflowers and explained, I also sent photos on the day they were delivered. I received an apologetic email confirming that the flowers were very poor, they offered a replacement delivery which seemed pointless as my daughter had managed to get a same day delivery from a local florist at great expense! Based on this I asked for a refund to be given to my daughter, this was adamantly refused and apparently more flowers will be delivered on 9th, my birthday was in the 4th so pretty useless!!! We will never use eflorist again, it’s worth going to your local supermarket and buying a bouquet of the shelf, the quality certainly outweighed the flowers from eflowers UK! I have attached photos so you can see what was delivered!

I Ordered flowers on the 3rd April to be delivered next day. Still waiting and can't get any responfrom the the company. Will use Bunches next time who are very reliable. Absolutley disgusted

Flowers arrived 2 hours before delivery time. Left in a hot porch, chocolates were warm! NO flower food in box. Many leaves were broken and twisted. Had to throw 6 flowers out next morning as they were dead! Rang company, they were sending a replacement next day.....they didn't turn up. Rang them again, next day they sent one bunch and NO flower food. Rubbish...don't use them, shop elsewhere.

When I opened the box some of the buds on the hyacinth heads were lying loose in it. the flowers appeared to be dying. I followed the instructions , trimming the stalks and immersing the bunch in water . After 4 hours some had perked up a little the rest remained droopy. By Tuesday all were nearly dead. What a disappointment, not only to me on Mother's Day but to my son and Daughter in Law who had paid for them . On a positive note , I heard that other recipient's bouquet ( of roses )was "fine" and the chocolates were delicious so I guess that I was just unlucky .

Mine are half dead. Leaves and buds fell off as soon as I took then out of the box. I phoned anh he said to send photos to customer services. Emails returned. Can thiscompany be reported to the fraud squad??

They don't care if you get your order. Called over 7 times no answer. The answering service takes so much info and still nothing is done.

I ordered flowers for my mother who was in hospital and selected a specific arrangement that came with a reusable mug. When she sent me picture of what she received it was completely different arrangement in normal vase. The local florist who fulfilled order told me eflowers approved the substitution and indicated it was approved by customer (me). I did not receive a courtesy call asking or informing me of substitution and do not feel the substitute was anything close to wheat i ordered and was not worth the amount of money paid. I called customer service and was told I would be contacted back in 24 hours. I have not received a phone call and do not expect one at this point. I would tell people to order form any site except theirs as they do not care about customer service or fulfilling orders as presented on website. A simple phone call-as they indicated occurred but was not true- to customer regarding substitutions is all I would request. I will tell everyone I know do NOT order from them, there are many other vendors who care about their business more and have integrity.

I placed an order on Friday morning, May 11th and was informed that they would guarantee delivery by the 12th. My mother did not receive her flowers and fruit basket on the 12th, 13th or 14th. I have called every day at least 3 times and was told each time a message would be sent to the flower shop ASAP and someone would contact me. On the 14th, I asked to speak with a manager and was told they are too busy but a message would be sent to flower shop and it would be expedited. Talk about poor service and run around. After $144.00, I still have not spoken to anyone other than customer service. I am now contacting my back to cancel payment. I will also be contacting BBB and report this extremely poor service and business practices.

Same story as everyone else. Flowers not delivered, and now response from company after 4 calls and 4 emails. We should all contact the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs.

The worst customer service ever! Mom never received her birthday flowers and every one I talked to said someone would call me back. Still waiting for my call back!! Moms bday has come and gone. So disappointed and will never ever use this site again.
