"It was clear they were not just following a script but were truly invested in finding a resolution that met my needs. This empathetic approach strengthened my trust in their service."

"Connecting with the Thomas Mitchell team turned what could have been a stressful ordeal into a remarkably smooth and reassuring experience. From the moment I reached out, their response time surprised me—in the best possible way. Instead of being left waiting or wondering if anyone even saw my message, I received a prompt, thoughtful reply that immediately set a positive tone for everything that followed.

What truly impressed me was how attentively they listened. I explained my situation in pieces, unsure if I was providing the necessary clarity, but they never interrupted or rushed me. They encouraged me to take my time, asked questions that helped uncover important details, and made me feel like my concerns genuinely mattered. This kind of care is rare in online support, where many teams simply aim to finish the job quickly rather than understand the person behind the issue.

As our conversation continued, their professionalism and compassion stood out. They didn’t jump to conclusions or offer generic answers. Instead, they took the time to evaluate my situation thoroughly, showing that they were truly committed to helping me find the right path forward. Their empathy made me feel supported, not judged or dismissed.

Thanks to their careful attention and dedication, my issue was resolved far more smoothly than I anticipated. Not only did they help me understand what went wrong, but they made sure I felt confident and informed throughout the entire process. And yes—I received my cashback exactly as promised. Thomas Mitchell once again proved that genuine customer care still exists."

"Truly authentic, trustworthy, and a real lifesaver!"

"I LOST MY ASSEST, BUT SPACETEL-CAPITAL HELPED ME RECLIAM IT.I AM INDEED GRATEFUL TO THEM"

"I bought 300+ Euro item from them. Ten days after it was supposedly picked up by the courier I got the message, "Due to unforseen circumstances there is a delay in your shipment. We will update here once we have news". The next day I got the message, "We apologise for the delay, we are following up your order to get it delivered to you as soon as possible." That same message continued for 19 days and then all messages stopped. I made an email enquiry when I received the first delay message and several email enquiries after that. The most they would tell me was that "our logistics department is looking into it". The last two or three mails where I asked them to either give me the contact of the courier or tell me after how long they would either replace or refund my item have received no reply. It has been three months. I strongly suspect fraud.

Don't buy from this company. You may or may not get your item. If you don't get it that's too bad. Your money is gone."
