I did research on this site and knew they were slow to ship and slow to respond to concerns but they always emailed me back... got my phone in 2 weeks and I got my refund the next day. Would definitely recommend. Using the new phone to write this review actually. Only complaint is that the charge adapter is Australian and the cable itself is mini USB @ both ends. Makes this useless for me but borrowed friends charger and purchased USB to USB c cable and all is good”

If I were the owner I would really like to go down the bottom and fix the situation. Based on my 2 past purchase experience, 1 ipad pro, 1 apple watch 4 GPS WIFI only (I would not suggest going for the e-sim one as you might have compatible issue with your local telecom service provider) as they are based in HK, so the stock they have might be configured to the local market by Apple. You have to be a bit of patient to wait for the delivery in consideration of the distance, 2 weeks max. Other than that, I would not fault them, a five star merchant from me. I would buy another apple watch for my wife.”
