“Ordered new phone a few weeks back. Tried to buy it on sale, transaction did not go through. I e mailed them and they e mailed back to re buy item at new non sale price and they would refund. I did research on this site and knew they were slow to ship and slow to respond to concerns but they always emailed me back... got my phone in 2 weeks and I got my refund the next day. Would definitely recommend. Using the new phone to write this review actually. Only complaint is that the charge adapter is Australian and the cable itself is mini USB @ both ends. Makes this useless for me but borrowed friends charger and purchased USB to USB c cable and all is good”

“Took about a month to arrive, no real tracking until the last few days, but when it arrived eventually it (a sigma lens) was perfect. Would use them again. :-)”

“Ordered 5 phones now. All perfect. Except one which left Singapore but didn't arrive in UK and refund quickly via PayPal. But 3 months later it turned up box smashed and phone damaged which was nothing to do with ebglobal”

“Very Happy .Ordered a canon 200D . Didn't receive it after four weeks. Contacted them and they sent a new one in two weeks . Works perfectly. Saved over 250 euro compared to retail price. One advice get insured shipping so that way you are protected incase the product goes missing .”

“I have been buying for 3 years with snout 15 purchases with no problems though i buy photography the problems seem to be phones, it takes about 10 days to sort and arrive not a problem for me as they are the cheapest with vouchers or codes.”

“I bought 4 smartphones from them between 2017-2019. Fast delivery 7-10 days and all of them working perfectly. The only thing I don't understand why they don't sale longer Samsung brand. Thank you, Eglobal.”

“It seems this HK based electronic gadget companies having very split reviews either 5 stars or 1 star, which I don't know why. If I were the owner I would really like to go down the bottom and fix the situation. Based on my 2 past purchase experience, 1 ipad pro, 1 apple watch 4 GPS WIFI only (I would not suggest going for the e-sim one as you might have compatible issue with your local telecom service provider) as they are based in HK, so the stock they have might be configured to the local market by Apple. You have to be a bit of patient to wait for the delivery in consideration of the distance, 2 weeks max. Other than that, I would not fault them, a five star merchant from me. I would buy another apple watch for my wife.”

“I ordered the GoPro hero 7 Black for a price of £270 which was significantly cheaper than anywhere else. I placed the order on Monday morning and on Tuesday had an email with a tracking number for DHL. It was despatched from Hong Kong on the Tuesday and arrived a few days later on Thursday. Accurate DHL tracking all the way. I would highly recommend this company. I am genuine Twitter @travellingthru1”

“I was surprised to see such a split of reviews on this site with 50% 5 star and 50% not, but I'm happy I went with eGlobal as it's only been a positive experience. Prices were very reasonable, delivery was within 48 hours and when a flash sale came on their website, I asked if it could be applied to my purchase that I made the day before and they agreed to it,”
