I cannot tell you how much it is appreciated that we received this rushed order for my daugheter's engagement celebration. It is rare these days to receive such personal service. After placing the order and contacting customer service to make sure our heart shaped pricture would arrive on time, it was personally manged by Cynthia and your team. From ordering on a Sunday 2/1/26 to revceiving it on Friday 2/6/26, the picture arrived perfectly packaged. It was the centerpiece gift for the engagfed couple! You business is the best.”
