“The picture was what we expected and was well made and well framed. Disappointed that there was minor damage to the frame but we were able to conceal it fairly well with furniture repair sticks. Improve your packaging of these art pieces.”

“Overall, very pleased with Elephant Stock and the painting I ordered. The painting arrived in about a week. Communication and updates were excellent. It was in good condition. It’s very light so easy to hang. The image looks exactly like it did on the website. Only negative would be the painting looks slightly washed out when I have the lights on in my office. Wish the colors were slightly more vibrant or coated so that doesn’t happen. For the price point, this is an excellent product. Well done ES!”

“Great communication. Looks just like website. Suggest you put size of drill bit to use and identify side to use for feeding canvas (video shows it but reinforcing that with written instructions might be helpful). Might put in suggestions/trouble shooting when large frame bows.”

“We love our painting and it was so easy to assemble and hang. When we first opened the package, there was a rancid odor. We decided to air it out for several weeks and the odor dissipated. We were so happy because we didn’t want to return it. We get so many compliments!💜”

“Fast shipping great service. The only issue is there’s a white spot at the top right side of the picture. Fortunately, it’s hanging in a hallway where it won’t be as noticeable.”

“I've already recommended your company, as the push pin maps offered are very nice. The only negative is the lack of messaging regarding approximate shipping dates, until after I contacted them nine days after placing my order. But communication after that was good.”

“Our art arrived on time and we appreciated the timely reports on its progress. We felt that the packaging was well done. As we lifted the art from the packaging, the top of the frame came off (separated from the remainder of the frame). The art was beautiful. We have asked a skilled woodworker to make a new frame that will compliment the art.”
