“Very good quality materials! Lots of communication up until the point of sending tracking info. No major complaints but I will say that the colors are not as bright as I hoped. Seems much brighter in the ads. Not a show stopper but something to consider.”

“The pillows purchased are great and look fantastic on our couch. We did receive word that the delivery would be delayed because, while in transit, the mailing label needed to be reprinted and the package arrived already opened. But the contents were fine.”

“Placing my third order. Everything has been mostly good, but a couple of times the frames have arrived dented in shipping. I have ordered a lot of art through elephant stock both for my home and office, and will continue to do so.”

“Was disappointed, but i guess it's not ElephantStock's fault. I thought I was receiving a framed giclee canvas print without glass and I received a print with glass in the frame. So not real thrilled with my purchase.”

“The first time I ordered, the canvas didn’t fit in the frame properly. I had to return it and reorder, which was a bit of trouble. Navigating the website for returns could be easier and quality control more careful. Now that I have the painting again, all is good and I ran happy with my purchase!”

“This was my first purchase from ElephantStock, and I will consider using them again. A huge step up from one of the giant online superstores. The frame was exceptionally well made and reinforced, and the giclee colors are lovely. Their selection of prints is large, and there are several options for framing. My picture came on time, well packaged, and undamaged. I had a question about my order and emailed them, and it turned out the email came from AI. I know this because they later sent me an email asking me how the AI did. The AI was accurate about some things, but inaccurate about others. I understand and appreciate AI, but a human response would have been appreciated”

“The prints are very nice, put together well and packaged carefully. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because one of the frames had a 3/4” scratch on the top.”

“We really enjoy the canvas prints specifically the multiple canvas ones, however we recently purchased a framed art piece from them and it was delayed in transit a few times and arrived well after the 10 day time frame and it arrived completely coming apart and one corner of the frame is bent and doesn’t fit right together now, I ended up having to take it completely apart and put it back together so it wasn’t ruining the print”

“Quality of the item is great and was delivered in a timely manner The only issue was that I was unable to track it When calling Elephant Stock's customer service I was told to contact Amazon since they were the carrier The main customer service department had no way to track it since it was not ordered from them The other number from Amazon was out of service”

“I’ll first say when I saw the canvas 40”x40” I’d ordered in a long 5x5” box I was skeptical. After a few minutes of figuring it out, it was a piece of cake and a unique way of mounting the art canvas. Although it’s not a true canvas, it looks quite good on our wall!”

“The picture is beautiful. The framing is great. I got the modern black 1 inch frame with white matte. The only thing I would change is the hardware to hang it. A picture that cost over $350 should have a wire hardware to hang to properly and secure. Other than that I was happy.”

“Pictures are great and exactly as expected. I did however kept getting notification that it would be delivered "by 11pm" !! #1 we're in bed by then and #2 we go that for a few days before it finnally showed up at 8pm. I think thats on good ol AMAZON DELIVERY though”

“Very happy with the canvas prints that I ordered. Excellent quality. ElephantStock has a generous return policy (90 days and they will pay return shipping charges). Considering that my prints were assembled, the time frame from ordering to delivery was very good. Only criticism was that customer service was poor. When I called customer service, after waiting 15 minutes or so, I was disconnected. But least was able to communicate with someone via the chat, albeit after an extended wait time.”
