“I loved the artwork itself, but I was disappointed with the craftsmanship of the frames. One frame arrived with a noticeable scratch, and another had an uneven corner along with a few markings. Beautiful pieces, but the quality of the framing didn’t meet expectations.”

Hi Alma, Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that the frames arrived with a scratch and an uneven corner with markings. Beautiful artwork deserves to be paired with equally good craftsmanship. If you’d like, you can share a couple of photos and your order number so we can review and pass this along to our quality team for assessment. Kind regards, Team Elephant Stock

“I have a 10' ft ht x 8 ft W that I was needing some large wall art for. THankfully, I came across Elephant Stock in my search. I ordered a 3-framed canvas scene (Field of Sheep I) measuring 43" ft x 70" W. The package arrived very well packed, but upon opening, one corner was damaged. I contacted customer service and got a response within minutes. They gave me two options (my choice) of how to make it right. The customer service was amazing and we love our new wall art. My sister loved it so much that she ordered a 3-framed canvas beach scene for their condo (photo included). We both are extremely pleased with our art as well as their customer service. I highly recommend .....this will be my go-to for my next decorating update!”
