“Order number: #768488 Fulfillment: #768488.0 The cancellation request was submitted within an hour after placing the order and a confirmation email was received. The item arrived and my account has not been credited. I have a Severe disability which makes it very difficult for me to complete a physical return and I would like my money back anyway since I view this as your error.”

“My hydrangea 30x30 print was very well put together at the framing. was nice but my one disappointment was that the image itself looked washed out and not as rich as it looked online when I ordered it.”

“Colors are not as vibrant as they appear on the website and with the smaller piece the frame and border took over the actual artwork making it look even smaller. Slight scratch on the larger frame.”

“I had a great experience with ElephantStock. I ordered 2 pictures that were high quality and beautiful. I decided to return one because the colors didn’t match the room as well as the picture I kept. The return process was very easy. I will not hesitate to use them for future art needs.”
