“I was impressed with how quickly my pictures came and that they were very well wrapped considering there was damage to the packaging, the pictures were not affected at all. They are more beautiful than they appeared online. I liked that I could choose the size that best suited my needs. I can hardly wait to get them hung up. Thank you again for your great product”

“I was very disappointed. The framed canvass was nicely packed in the shipping box which arrived without any issues..... Until I saw the the product. I couldn't believe how thin the canvas was where you could practically see through it. The black frame looked really cheap. I was shook! I text and emailed Elephant Stock and have been asking for a return shipping label. I packaged the item with the original packaging and added a soft foam then put it back in the box and have been waiting for a week for a label. I'm still waiting for a response other than "What's your order number" which I included in every correspondence. I have to say that they really do not stand behind their own policies. It comes across as they don't really care whether you are satisfied or not. They have it posted on their website that their customers happiness is so important to them and pride themselves in the fact that they offer free returns ..... yet make it extremely difficult to actually return the product. I'm not impressed with their customer service. I can't stand when they literally make it so difficult to talk to their support staff and even more difficult to return orders that I will never purchase anything from them again. That along with the product I received was so cheaply made and looked like it was put together in 2 minutes with poor quality materials. I understand that sometimes you don't get what you expected and when the company responds and makes returns and it exchanges a cake walk those are the companies who will always have me as a customer. Elephant Stock is NOT one of those companies. I can't tell you how surprised I was and you can tell that they make it this difficult to return your picture hoping that you will give up and just keep it. That to me is total nonsense. For me customer service and how they respond and address your concerns means more than the quality of the product. I highly suggest that you purchase your art work from another vendor/company. They all have the same inventory pretty much. Just saying!!”

“I received the package in perfect condition, the quality is great...But it's pretty Expensive for what it is, Add to that there was 50$ US added for delivery... I live in Montreal, Canada. If I don't get Free delivery next time; they Won't be a next time!”

“I was a bit concerned because the photo I was using was just on the border of the recommended resolution. I thought that once blown up it would look awful. I'm glad to say I was wrong. The print came out perfectly and exactly how I wanted it. I will say that some of the panels aren't perfectly square. Some are narrower/wider at the bottom/top by 1/8" or more. It's not noticeable when standing from a distance but I notice.”
