“The canvas, though it does appear to be printed nicely, was framed slightly off center and slightly crooked. I am slightly annoyed and disappointed! (The paintings title is rolling off the bottom edge)”

“At this point, I will be returning the item. Requesting a replacement frame is a reasonable ask and should not take several days to resolve. This process has taken far too long and has been unnecessarily difficult. I needed this item by Saturday for an event, and that will clearly not be possible given that my issue has yet to be addressed. I have spent significant time on hold (including having to hang up due to extended wait times), used the chat feature, sent emails, and responded promptly to all follow-up questions. I first reached out several days ago and expected the matter to be resolved at that time. Unfortunately, that has not happened. Given the amount spent, I will be pursuing a different option.”

“I have attached 2 photos of the picture I ordered that is damaged. This is the replacement for the first one that was also damaged. Since this was an expensive purchase, I am unhappy.”

“Love the beautiful artwork. Framing was a good match for my cabinets. The Skyway Bridge appears to glow and the heron is reflecting in the water. So wonderful to admire from different views.”

“they're push pins - how can I review a push pin? I'm disappointed that my original order for two large maps did NOT include enough pins that it required me to stop my project and wait 2+ weeks to recieve more pins - at a considerably outrageous high price.”

“Yes! I do love my new picture! I got the toast with red and white wine. I have another one coming to go above this one. I'll take a picture of both when I receive it. Most everything in my house has come from Wayfair. Shipping tracking is my only complaint. I get an email with the tracker but it only tells me when the order is placed and then when it's out for delivery, I like to track my packages along the way. But, I love Elephant Stock!”

“Pictures are lovely but small mistakes are made the wrong picture or the wrong frame somehow get sent and it’s frustrating. But I will say your returns of money is great. You do it right away. I ordered a second time and it came right. But my second order had the wrong frame and I’m sending it back, but I will re-”
