“The customer service has been horrible. The sizing was incorrect. I purchased 2 prints and apparently the sizing is for both prints combined not the one print. This is so confusing. I had extreme difficulty speaking to a live person to finally be told I can return my item however I keep requesting a return label. Sadly will not be ordering again.”

“My piece came perfectly packed and looks amazing on my wall. A representative from Elephant Stock even called to thank me for my order and to ask how I’m enjoying my new art. Great customer service! I enjoy how it looks so much that I’m shopping for another piece—great customizable quality, especially for the price! Highly recommended.”

“For the price, I would've expected clearer colors and higher quality. It looks very cheap on our wall and I've decided to change out its location to an area that's not so prominent.”

“I ordered 3 items, all of which were canvas. The first picture was a mistake on my part - I accidentally ordered a canvas picture in 3 sections. The picture was fine, but those just aren't my cup of tea ( again, my mistake)The next two were perfect.”

“I mistakenly ordered the wrong size of a triptych and found the return process surprisingly easy! At the same time I ordered the correct size and the piece is beautiful. Clear crisp photograph of aspen trees in the woods with a green fern filled ground covering. Just beautiful and perfect for my guest bedroom. I ordered a framed canvas with a walnut frame. Gorgeous.”

“My canvas is beautiful, speedy service and great customer support. Unfortunately it didn’t work out. I needed something bigger but they are customer. Service was absolutely awesome.”

“I am very happy with my purchases and the customer service from Elephant Stock. For the price point, the artwork is good quality. When I did not like 2 of the pieces I ordered, they were fast to refund my money so I could pick something else.”

“Picture is beautiful. Zero complaints with the quality & framing, but it's VERY slow shipping. I ordered another picture, was notified the shipping label printed on 7/17....still hasn't shipped as of 7/24. If you're ordering for a gift, make sure you order at least 1 month before the occasion.”

“I was nervous ordering as I hadn’t had much luck with other websites. I’ve been searching for a framed canvas wall art to match a preexisting one I have hanging nearby. When I saw this website , I couldn’t have been more thrilled. It is gorgeous and Fits the space perfect. It matches my home decor and colors!! I will definitely be ordering more!! Thank you”
