“Product arrived in timely manner. Quality is great and the print is fantastic. Had been looking for a new print for my daughter's room and found this. The price made it an easy choice to take a chance on this new site. Well worth it.”

“I love the beautiful picture that I ordered but the delivery process was horrible. It was weeks before I received it and the tracking was not helpful. I reached out to the company twice with no support given. In the day and age of of speedy deliveries, this took way too long.”

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're delighted to hear that you love your artwork, but we're truly sorry that the delivery experience and lack of updates did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it is to wait longer than expected, especially when tracking information isn't helpful. We're glad we had the opportunity to make things right by providing a 20% partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding. Thank you for giving us another chance. Your feedback helps us improve our shipping communication and overall customer experience, and we look forward to serving you again in the future.

“First time to order from Elephantstock. Very nice and love the mat frame. We purchased a baby grand piano and will be prefect. Haven’t got it up yet but seems perfect”
