“The product was fine. Your customer service is horrendous. I tried calling your 1-800 line and it would put me on hold for awhile then disconnect me. I left my phone number and never received a phone call back. I started an email stream with your customer support email and they never finished the conversation. I left my phone number on the email and I never received a phone call. Your company is useless unless you communicate with your customer. I will never order from you again.”

“Everything with my first order went very well. The artwork is a beautiful addition to our dining room. It went together easily. We do have a question however, there was an aluminum bar in with the package and we’re not sure what that’s supposed to be for.”

“It is so complicated to get a hold of anyone in this company. They do not answer the phone ever. They also get AI to respond to your email before an actual person does. After finally getting a hold of someone about the tracking information on my order, i received my order incomplete. This was a wedding gift to my SIL that now is way overdue. I want a refund. Do not order from this company.”

“I like the map, but had I known it was going to be small print and hard to pin some area’s, I would have purchased a bigger size. I thought it would have the styrofoam in the back as well to hold the pins, like some other map your journey companies had. Good price though.”
