“I do not recommend ordering from Elephant Stock as they falsely advertised receiving your item just in time for Christmas if ordered by the cut off date of December 12th. I placed my order on the 10th and did not receive my wall art photo that was a gift for my daughter. Unfortunately, it will not be received before she heads back to her home. I am beyond disappointed. Elephant Shock should not have guaranteed delivery by Christmas.”

“Our map arrived and the map is beautiful but the canvas is mounted onto the frame very crooked so we are unhappy with the product. I reached out to customer service and they said they would ship me a new one and now I haven’t heard any updates and a new one has not arrived. This is a Christmas gift and I’m sad it won’t be here in time for Christmas. I’m hoping our new map arrives soon, if it does I will update my review.”

“Product is fine. Item arrived too late and costumer service was rude and didn’t do what they said they would. The website doesn’t seem to communicate how long it takes to first create the product. I contacted them a second time and they still did nothing to help.”

“The picture I ordered is as shown on the site. My only issue is that I didn't know that I was ordering a custom picture. I looked at the site and I didn't see anywhere that indicated which sizes were custom. There wasn't any communication with the company unless I initiated it. I ordered my picture on Dec. 1 and received it on Dec. 19. I wish that I was told it would take that long to receive it.”

“My item was delayed, which I understand. I sent a note and got multiple responses from the AI Jane system. When asked if I wanted to talk to a team member I said yes. I have sent multiple follow ups asking for someone to reach out but have not been contacted.”
