“Good prices, and fairly quick shipping. I got a 3-piece canvas, which fits perfectly on my wall and provides just the right amount of color and coastal flare that I was hoping for.”

“The frames were lovely and as expected for paying overs $300. However, the floral art itself is cheap looking and poorly printed. They look like posters and what I might think they were Walmart quality. I would not buy these particular pieces again.”

“I ordered a custom personalized push pin map that allowed the customer’s choice of push pin colors which were included as part of the order. I ordered brown and green push pins (one of the choices). It came with rose gold push pins. I contacted the company and requested for them to send me the correct push pin colors. They just responded that they’d offer me a 20% store credit (NOT a partial refund). This was all done by messaging/email as there is no customer service phone number to speak to a human. I then replied that I didn’t want a store credit since I didn’t need additional merchandise , and that they needed to fulfill the order correctly as ordered. At that point, they would not respond. I contact them a total of 3 times asking them to correct the order or at least issue a partial refund. No response. They are ghosting me. If you order from them, there is no guarantee you will get what you paid for.”

After reviewing your case, our supervisor already stepped in to assist and arranged for the correct push pins to be shipped to you. We also approved a 10% refund for the inconvenience caused, and you should receive a separate confirmation email regarding the refund within 1–2 business days. “I ordered a cute Donkey print for my bathroom and I love it. It came in about a week..i will buy from them again and have already been looking for my living room. I left 1 star shy of 5 because my package was damaged in shipping and the paper backing was torn and clip holders came loose..my husband was able to fix and since its on the back you can't see it...thought packaging should have been more oversized and padded but came in box the same size a Pic and didn't offer any cushioned protection at all. Box was not marked fragile etc.”

“I love the picture that I chose. I am hugely disappointed in that there is no texture to the picture. It's just a flat manufactured screen. I have purchased other similar items elsewhere that have some dimensions and look like paint. I don't feel it is worth the price.”

“I love the art and frame. The colors are vibrant and fit my decorating design. However, the canvas has a slight ripple in one corner. This was a disappointment, but I choose to keep it anyway as overall it is still very nice. I have attached a picture.”
