“I bought six pieces from Elephant Stock. Five are framed prints, one is a large wrapped canvas. They are all very nice except for a large, 48 X 27 framed print that fell apart as I opened the package. The frame cracked, and then came apart at two of the corners. The paper backing on all of the pieces is glued on in a way that makes me think I'll get glue on my walls. I called customer service about the large framed print that fell apart. Nice apology, and a promise to send me a new framed print. I have not receive it yet, so I can't speak to the quality of the replacement. All the pieces were provided with a sawtooth hanger. I would have preferred a wire across the back, so I can make sure that the pieces are level when I hang them. I bought pieces from another online company, which cost a little more, but were nicer quality. Came in much better packaging, had wires in the back and heavier frames that I don't have to worry about coming apart once they are on the wall. I regret not having purchased again from them.”

“We were pleased with the ordering process and the delivery timing, but all four corners of each 3 prints has damage/indentations from the packing material. I have attached pictures to this text. The lack of quality makes it difficult to hang in our main living area and We are not 100% sure we can use them as we intended.”

“I ordered 8 framed pieces of artwork on 5/16, the box arrived on 5/31 and was slightly damaged. Two of the framed pieces of artwork were damaged. I am waiting to hear back from customer service.”

“Order number: #768488 Fulfillment: #768488.0 The cancellation request was submitted within an hour after placing the order and a confirmation email was received. The item arrived and my account has not been credited. I have a Severe disability which makes it very difficult for me to complete a physical return and I would like my money back anyway since I view this as your error.”
