“Love the photo and its quality. The fact you use Amazon delivery as your service provider is a very poor customer satisfaction choice. Took 2 weeks to get. Box was destroyed. No bubble wrap around photo itself. Cheapest is never the best. In this case, it is probably the worst. Charge a few more $'s for quality service and ship UPS or Fed-x. You get what you pay for.”

“The art is beautiful and the price was good with 30% off, but the frame arrived damaged. The damage was probably caused by FedEx, but if the package was wrapped properly… I contacted support, it was all AI, I received conflicting emails about my replacement. I am still waiting for my replacement, have not even received any status update yet.”

“I received the wrong size set of 3 panel pictures. I paid for a larger size and got the smallest set. I have emailed the company three times and have not gotten any response. My next step is contacting my bank.”
