“Good quality as far as structure however the picture itself was horrible very pixelated in person looks nothing like it does on the website... Paid close to $100 for something I got at Walmart for $36 with tax 🤷‍♀️ My first purchase from this website and obviously it will be my last”

“We got a photo collage and it looks beautiful. This was a gift for my wife for her 40th birthday and she loves it. My only disappointment was the delay on delivery. It was scheduled to arrive before her birthday but it actually came a week later.”

“This was a positive experience from beginning to end to end. First there is a wide select of art from which to choose. The website is easy to navigate. Delivery was on time as scheduled with helpful updates along the way. Packaging was ell done and arrived in excellent condition. A video was sent via email prior to delivery which clearly explained the framing process. It was a large piece and was not delivered framed. I was not prepared for that. I assume I had missed that information in the ordering process which is my fault. I was concerned while watching the videos thinking it was going to be a difficult process. Not so! In fact the exact opposite was true. The entire process took fifteen minutes and I was able to complete it myself. Everything needed was included in the packaging. I was particularly impressed with how well the framing pieces were made. They fit together perfectly. The artwork was lovely. It did seem to be on what appears to feel more like a cloth than a canvas. It is much softer than canvas however once the piece is hung the visual effect is the same. I would definitely purchase other items from Elephant Stock. Complete satisfied with the results.”

“very upset about order - received wrong item and have tried for week to get help via phone email or chat online nobody seems to be in any hurry to try to fix this problem therefore i am going to reach out to credit card company and dispute the charges for item i did not receive would much rather have resolved directly with your company but the customer service response has been non existent and i have no reason to at this point to think anyone is going to contact me to resolve n case somebody does actually read this and would like to actually fix the error your company made please contact me at 526712 4294 asap do disappointed in how this has been handled”

“I don’t like the colors in the picture. It has too much green which makes it too dark. I would like to return the picture but not sure how to do that since it is already assembled.
