“The picture I ordered is as shown on the site. My only issue is that I didn't know that I was ordering a custom picture. I looked at the site and I didn't see anywhere that indicated which sizes were custom. There wasn't any communication with the company unless I initiated it. I ordered my picture on Dec. 1 and received it on Dec. 19. I wish that I was told it would take that long to receive it.”

“My item was delayed, which I understand. I sent a note and got multiple responses from the AI Jane system. When asked if I wanted to talk to a team member I said yes. I have sent multiple follow ups asking for someone to reach out but have not been contacted.”

“I purchased my first piece in early November and was so pleased that I immediately purchased 2 more. The selection, quality, customer service, delivery, every part of the experience was excellent. “I have dealt with you many times in the past with no issues, but this time was terrible. What was supposed to take 5-7 business days took almost 3 weeks and NO one answers your "24 hr" assistance line. With no one to give me updates, I had no choice but to file a complaint with my credit card company..low and behold, the art finally appeared, so I did contact my credit card company and I did tell them to allow the charge to go through, but I will seriously consider ever buying from you again.”

“Got half of my order. Other half is just being readied for shipment. Ordered on Dec. 4. Quality is very good, although it should be made clearer the the measurements are for frame dimentions, not print dimensions. Print is smaller than anticipated.”
