“I am not satisfied with my product. Very blurry. The sample online was misleading as the picture was more clear when I created the image online on the website. There was no resolution warning when creating the product.”

Hi Lydia, I’m really sorry that your product arrived blurry and that the online image was misleading. I understand how disappointing this must be, especially without a resolution warning. Upon reviewing your case, I can confirm that our support team has already reached out to assist you further regarding this issue. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

“Our order was perfect. This is the first company that called me after my order just to let us know they had everything and if there was anything else we needed. I was notified when they received the order, when it was in production, when it was packed, when it was shipped, and even when it was delivered. Excellent communication!! Our map came out perfect!!”
