“The 2-piece framed, canvas artwork I ordered was absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately, the frames were dented, so I initiated a return, which was effortless. ElephantStock responded to my concerns immediately, and they issued a refund quickly. This was my first time ever ordering anything from them, and despite the frame issues, I would consider ordering from them again because of their customer service.”

“Love it, just as expected”

“I purchased the beautiful artwork titled "Before People Wake" as a three piece tryptic set. It was delivered exactly when they promised and was packaged the best of any item I've ever received through shipping. At first, as I unpacked the pieces I set them up with the first piece of the picture as the last which didn't line up and looked like it wasn't from the same picture (duh!). I wrote immediately to customer service and their response was almost immediate. In the meantime, I realized my mistake and now I am in LOVE with this new art and cannot wait to get it on the wall. Best experience ever, and I will not hesitate to order from Elephant Stock again! THANK YOU!”

“My order came and it was the wrong size. Reached out to customer service haven’t heard back.”

Helpful Report

Posted 3 months ago

We’re really sorry to hear your order was the wrong size and that you haven’t heard back yet. We understand how frustrating that is. After reviewing your order, the size listed refers to the overall dimensions of the artwork, including spacing, rather than individual panel measurements. We understand this may have led to some confusion. If you would still like to proceed with a return or refund, we’re here to help and can guide you through the return process. Please let us know how you’d like to move forward.

“The decor was exactly how it was pictured online and it fits the house perfectly! Their ability to transpose the decor on your actual wall to get a better idea of what it looks like is extremely helpful! Will buy from here again!”
