“I am not happy my pictures all arrived unframed. I called to make sure they were framed and the call center person told me, "yes." I would not have ordered anything if I knew they weren't framed. This is a second home. Who is putting them together now???”

“The canvas, though it does appear to be printed nicely, was framed slightly off center and slightly crooked. I am slightly annoyed and disappointed! (The paintings title is rolling off the bottom edge)”

“At this point, I will be returning the item. Requesting a replacement frame is a reasonable ask and should not take several days to resolve. This process has taken far too long and has been unnecessarily difficult. I needed this item by Saturday for an event, and that will clearly not be possible given that my issue has yet to be addressed. I have spent significant time on hold (including having to hang up due to extended wait times), used the chat feature, sent emails, and responded promptly to all follow-up questions. I first reached out several days ago and expected the matter to be resolved at that time. Unfortunately, that has not happened. Given the amount spent, I will be pursuing a different option.”
