“My framed print arrived in a reasonable amount of time. It is beautiful! The colors are true to the colors in the ad. I'm so very happy with it and will be buying more when I see something that matches my home decor.”

“Hello, we love our 90x60 wall map, however, the we had our doors open and the wind caught up under it and it blew off of the wall and the black frame is damaged. Would it be possible to purchase a new black frame? We’re heartbroken. 🥺 Thank you”

“Cheap plastic frame arrived damaged. They offered a 5% discount, which I thought was laughable. Would have kept it and tried to fix it myself if they had offered 50% off. Instead I have to wait for a return label and then ship back and wait for my refund. Nothing but a big hassle! Would not do business with again. Oh, and they use AI for customer service which is a big no-no to me!”

Hi Christopher, We’re truly sorry your frame arrived damaged and for the frustration this has caused, especially with the initial resolution offered. We completely understand why this was disappointing. We’ve processed a full refund to your account, along with an additional 5% goodwill credit, and you’re welcome to keep the item. We also appreciate your feedback about your support experience and sincerely apologize if it felt impersonal. It’s very important to us that every customer feels heard and supported, and we’re continuously working to improve how we handle situations like this. Thank you, Christopher. We truly appreciate your understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

“I bought the beautiful painting of the Annunciation of the Virginia Mary, by Henry Ossawa Tanner, painted in 1898. I love it! It depicts the Virgin Mary as a young, demure girl, who has just been told by the Angel Gabriel that if she would bear Jesus, the Son of God. The expression of her beautiful face, understandably puzzled, is priceless.”
