“I am happy with the finished product, but wish Elephant Stock would use UPS or Fed Ex for your deliveries rather than the U.S. Postal Service. You shipped the product promptly, but it appears the USPS sat on the delivery and their tracking information was non existent. Ten days after you shipped it, it finally arrived and I didn't know it was arriving until the morning of the delivery after I checked my order information for the the upteenth time over the ten day waiting period.”

“I think Elephant Stock is a top flight company. The representative I spoke with was incredibly kind, helpful and professional. Unfortunately, the artwork didn’t work out for us. We realized this before we received our order. When I called to tell the rep that we had changed our mind, she was very kind and helpful in the return process. It’s very classy that your company has free returns and we are able to get a full refund! That is a huge benefit to the customer, so Thank You!!
